On Sunday July 31, maintenance contacted me to let me know there was an undetected leak in the wall of my apartment. They cut out a portion of the wall under the vanity and in the bathroom ceiling. They fixed the issue told me they would be back later in the week.They put a fan underneath the sink to help circulate air into the wall. The holes were covered with trash bags. So I waited all week and no one came or contacted me about the repair. On Friday, August 5th, I came home to find my unit unlocked. The ceiling/wall werent fixed but badly patched. Debris was all over my bathroom and my things had been moved. I contacted the property manager the same day. I didnt get a response until August 8th and she told me she would get back with me. Well its now Aug 14th and still have a hole in my ceiling that needs to be repaired. And no one has taken responsibility for leaving my unit unlocked. Something needs to be done ASAP.Business response

******, we are very sorry that it has been a poor experience with both our leasing and maintenance staff recently. This is not the experience we want our residents to have at ******* Place. We have coordinated with both teams to respond to these issues.To our knowledge, the repairs are completed or near completion. Please let our leasing team on Monday August 22, 2022 if the repair is not completed. Additionally,we will be discounting your September rent by $200.00. Lastly, if your apartment needs carpet cleaning, please coordinate with the leasing office to schedule.
