    I am in the process of managing my deceased mother’s estate and it has been so stressful but House Buyers of America has made the process a little easier. Their agents and customer support are above and beyond. I was always informed, all my concerns addressed and the entire process was easy. Anita, Jenna, Kim and Ali played major roles in assisting me through this process. When I am ready to sell my house they will be first on my list

    I recently used Home Buyers of America to sell a rental property I owned. It had been badly damaged by the last tenants. I was able to get a fair price from Home Buyers of America to sell the property “as is” which saved me a lot of time and money since I did not have to clean or repair the damage. Home Buyers of America was really easy to work with and the sale went very quickly. I highly recommend this company.

    Anita Crystal, settlement coordinator, was outstanding to work with. She kept us informed throughout the process, would take the initiative to check in periodically to see if we had questions, kept us regularly updated, and to the last minute was readily available to handle every unexpected situation. We were selling two properties at once which was stressful in itself, but again Anita was the shining star among everyone we dealt with throughout the process. House Buyers of America does try to make the process as easy as possible.

    From the initial contact I had with **** who was my *********** consultant, to finally reaching close with *****, my settlement coordinator, the process was pretty smooth and easy. There was a slight delay but ***** stayed on top of things with the ************* to be sure they completed their process.I would definitely recommend HBA if you are in the market to sell your home.
