I found Ken Broadwater Homes online and he was the 3rd homebuilder we contacted. From the very beginning I was impressed because they really took the time to listen to what we wanted. Between living out of state at the time and covid, we had some hurdles with the county but Ken and his team were able to take care of everything for us and made the process so easy. They were all very responsive to any emails sent and took time to understand our needs. Ken, Laura and Robin are so knowledgeable and professional. I would absolutely recommend Ken Broadwater Homes!
