Bought vehicles understanding it was n great cond.beautiful car.just came in washed detailed.very happy. on my way home the engine light came on.i took it back ask them to check on computer.they did said no data found.cars in great shape.im 66 had major surgery and found I gotta have another one.2 months later I called ask the sales mgr if he would buy it back.he said sure.nothing changed but 2000 miles put on car I took it in the same day.i told them the engine light was on that they already checked it out. And all was ok.the one who test drove it put it on a device again and said oh no he didn't want it.it had issues with emissions.i ask why did it say nothing was wrong when I bought it.he shook his head and said musta been the computer.no it wasn't.i believe they lied to me on purpose..he said he wouldn't offer me anything for the car.he would consign it or I can go on social media and sell it.this was wrong what they done to me.my sales person *** can vouch for anything I say.very honest man.they took advantage of me.and when I needed them most they refused to help after saying they would.the computer didn't lie the man holding it was not an honest person.i was willing to take less than what I gave.tho id only made 1 pmt..I may b a sr.citizen but I know dishonesty when it happens.and I saw how dishonest crabtree Buick really is.i still have the car.no one will buy it with the engine light on now.im ashamed to ask them.i still need to sell it.Business response

Mrs. ****** did come back to the dealership a couple of months after buying her car. Stated that her circumstances had changed and she wanted to sell the vehicle. We offered to buy it. Mrs. ****** wanted a retail price for her vehicle, so we offered to put it on our lot for sale at the price she was asking. She declined both. We scanned the vehicle for codes and found one in “history”. Explained to Mrs. ****** that if the code came back on we would be willing to help with any repairs. The vehicle is in good condition for the age and mileage, and all offers for buying it, consigning it or assisting with the repairs if necessary are still available to her. We paid $80+ THOUSAND for a vehicle LAST YEAR, Dec 5th. The dealership cashed the check, for tax, tag and title and delivery but can not produce the vehicle. I am making payments including interest on a vehicle the dealership hasn't laid eyes on since December. My requests for information are frequently ignored. TheBusiness response

In December the truck showed a delivery of 2 weeks, unfortunately that did not happen. We did finally receive the truck and it was delivered last week.Business response
