      On December 15, 2023 I ordered some shoes via ********** ********* story. I paid via ******* on $76.00. To her *******. ******** *********** 12/16/2023 @7:34 am. As of 01.06.24 @ 8:29 am I had not received my order. On 02.01.24 @ 7:04 am she said she would send me a tracking # but only sent some other form with no tracking #. I have kept inquiring about my shoes and never got a solid answer or expected delivery date. Her cash app would not take any requests for a refund like she suggested. Its now 4 months out and I have no refund or product and she never reaches out to me.

      ** DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHOP / INDIVIDUAL - YOU WILL GET SCAMMED AND NEVER GET YOUR MONEY BACK OR THE ITEMS YOU PAID FOR!!!!! ** Like many others I purchased 2 purses from Blush & Bashful Boutique, aka from Courtney Cumbee, for their "Black Friday Sale," which came to $540. I paid half up front and then half a week later and she told me it would be a 2 week turn around for shipping. As you can guess 2 weeks turned into now 4 months later and no bags or refund. She ended up sending me a tracking number a month later but that turned out to be bogus. I went back and forth with her about my refund for MONTHS and every time it was a poor excuse as to why I wasn't receiving my refund or why it wasn't going through. She has 0 remorse for her actions and SCAMS. I am still actively trying to get my refund from her but will no longer go through her, I will be filing a police report and hope going forward people read up on buyers and do their research before purchasing. Had I known she was on the BBB website and has already scammed MULITPLE people I would not have bought from her.

      Purchased bags on 06/23/2022 and paid $429. I never received the bags from Blush and Bashful. I was in contact with the owner, Courtney, and her customer service team for a refund consistently from July to now. Refunds were reported to be sent several times via email/text, but no refund was actually issued. Courtney reports issues with business card and not being able to add app to issue refund. I have been more than gracious, patient and kind towards Courtney and her team as a new business and mom, but over 7 months for a refund is taking customer patience for granted

      Do no purchase ANYTHING from this Business. Along with the others that have already filed complaints. I was scammed by Courtney Cumbee. She is a genius at lying. On December 20 I sent money for a purchase of an authentic LV Bum bag, She sent me a screenshot of a prepaid tracking number for **** . Apparently I was supposed to get the package before christmas. Well christmas comes and goes , shocking NO a package I contact Courtney . She claims the label was damaged but assured me it was tracking. Days go by nothing . Then tells me she has a new tracking number BUT magically is missing the last number. After going back and forth and lie and after lie I tell her j want my money back. She assures me she will re fund me. OH wait she doesn’t have ***** or ******, after 2 weeks of texts lies phone calls into ***** and ****** and so much more, still no money. I told her I wanted a cashiers check over nighted. Claims **** can’t over night and also won’t send me a photo of the physical check . But ends up apparently at *** to over night it. This is now January 19…. Sends me the photo of the pre made *** label . Says she dropped it off for over night shipping. Guess what! She didn’t. Never even stepped foot into the *** I spoke to the co owner and have all of this in writing as well as survalence footage of her NEVET stepping foot Into the store. She is a terrible person. I have filed police reports with ********** police, fraud with my bank and In process of filing consumer fraud with the Attorney General Of VA. As of Jan 22 I still do not have my money OR original package.

      I purchased a shirt from Blush & Bashful on 8/29/22 for a total of $49.13 and I never received my order. I contacted the business owner on multiple occasions via messenger and was told on 10/24 that I would receive a refund and a replacement shirt. I never received either so I followed up on November 13, 15, and 16 and provided my email, my receipt, and my order number. On 11/25 I was asked to contact the support team via email and I did as directed and again provided my order receipt. On 11/28 I was told that my package had the incorrect address on it and asked if I wanted another shirt or a refund. I requested a refund again. On 12/2 and 12/6 I received emails stating that refunds were being processed on those dates but I have yet to receive any refund and now I’m getting no response to follow-up requests.

      I ordered two bags from the seller in May. I was given the run around after reaching out several times about a shipping confirmation. I never received. I asked for the seller to call me multiple times to resolve the issue. I have since been in contact with the seller and still have received zero straight answers in regards to a refund or replacement items.

      I ordered a purse and purchased from ********** boutique on May 3, 2022. I was never sent any other information regarding the transaction after the payment. I have reached out numerous times since May requesting to either get a refund or be sent another product and ******** will respond and then never follow through. I have previously bought from the boutique with no issues. I am still requesting a full refund. Included are the screenshots and proof of purchase.

      Do not buy from coco wardrobe I have been going back and forth trying to get my money back for 10 months lesson learned just warning others that’s she is a scammer steals money and never mails items!

      Since May 2022 I have spent $493 with this company. One of the products was a mothers day gift for my mother we never received. I kept getting excuses and run around. Owner was going to meet my mother locally and never did. There are 2 makeup cases and clothing and a purse I was supposed to get. 1 month ago she said she shipped the products and sent a bogus tracking thing it wasn't from UPS it was generic with no name or address on it or how to track. I just found out there are several with this same issue. She keeps making excuses and refuses to refund me. I don't have this kind of money to just throw away. This business needs to be shut down and everyone of us waiting g needs refunds. This is 6 months later and no product or refund. I also have all the messages and lies this woman has told me for 6 months. Thank you for your time.
