Summary: I placed order #HTC10042933 for 6 large salt lamps in November of 2024 and have been unsuccessful in my multiple attempts over the last 4 months at getting a replacement order sent for the items that arrived damaged. Details: When my order finally arrived, 5 of the lamp bases and 1 light bulb arrived broken due to poor packaging, rendering virtually the entire order unusable. I sent the company photos documenting the extensive damage on 12/19/24 and have been regularly contacting them via their web form, general email, and voicemails left on their company phone line. No one ever answers any of the lines on their company phone tree and there is no queue you can wait in for a representative; you must leave a voicemail. I have never received a call back from any of my voicemails and only received a single email response after multiple attempts. ******** B from customer service asked me on 2/1/25 to clarify how many of each item I needed replaced. At that point I thought I would finally have a resolution. However, after clarifying via both email and voicemail the quantity and items I needed replaced, I never received the replacement or a tracking number, and now the company will not respond to my request for an update via either email or voicemail. The lack of customer service at this ********************** is unacceptable. In reviewing the information needed to file this case with BBB, I noticed an extensive history of similar negative reviews about the customer service of this **********************. Resolution: If they refuse to send the replacements for my damaged items as their website policy advertises, then I feel it is reasonable to receive a full refund instead, as it is unethical for them to charge me for an unusable order.Initial Complaint

I ordered a product from the company's website on December 31st 2024. I paid $41.97.Shipping was expected to be 6 to 12 business days. I waited until January 11th to contact support through their email as I noticed it hadn't shipped yet. I received no response. I emailed again on January 17th and no response again, I emailed again on February 16th and still no response. I have called their support line twice and left a voicemail as no one ever answers the phone. They state they will get back, but I have not heard back from them at all in any form. When I track the order with my order number through their website it says item has not shipped. I am concerned that I will not receive the product, in which case I need my money returned. I ordered a product from this company as a birthday gift for my friend on **************** using Standard Free Shipping (6-12 Business Days). The product never arrived, and when I click to "Track Order," it shows it never shipped. I reached out to the company for an order update on February 25, 2025 via email and received no response. A few days later, I reached out via the contact form on their website, which said they reply within 12 to 24 hours on weekdays. Still no response. Today, on March 4, 2024, I called their phone number and left a voicemail on their customer service extension because "no agents were available" even though I called during their business hours of 9am to 5pm EST. I called again and tried the other extensions and received the same automated claim that "no agents were available." I can't believe I got scammed like this because the company seems legitimate and has a ******* website and everything with reviews. Ideally I would like a refund but will settle for a delivery of my purchase to my friend.Customer Answer

I placed my order for one large salt lamp on 9-15-24. I received a confirmation email stating that my order was confirmed and I would be notified when it shipped. I never received an email indicating that my order had shipped, or a salt lamp. Everytime I checked the order number, including today, it says that my order has been received and I would be notified when it shipped. I emailed them on 10-11-24 to get an update on my order. I received an automated response that help was on the way and never heard back from anyone. I waited patiently for an email or phone call. Nothing. Finally 1-14-25 I got tired of being patient. I called and left a voicemail with my information. No one called me back. 1-22-25 I called and left another voicemail and no one called me back. I called again on 2-7-25 and left a voicemail. No one called me back. I finally sent another email. Finally, February 12th, 4 months after my initial email someone finally responds! They told me its been too long. I started this process in October!!! They dropped the ball. They told me the item was delivered months ago. Then why does it still say when I check my order number on the website that my order is confirmed and I will be notified when it ships? They said all they can do is give me a discount on a new purchase. Why on earth would I give them more money when they never delivered on my first order to begin with?!?! I told them I either wanted a refund or the product I ordered. Finally they said they would resend my order. It has been three weeks now. When I check my tracking number the post office is still waiting to receive my package. I emailed to ask for an update 2-26, and havent heard back. Im done and want my money back.Customer Answer

I made an order with Himalayan Salt Trading *** Back in March 2024- after multiple emails (6+) of them saying my order was delayed due to back order and a new shipment was coming, I still Didnt receive anything and gave it a rest. I just came up on the email for this order and still never received anything or a refund. I placed an order for an "Original Himalayan Salt Lamp (XL)", quantity 1, on October 4, 2024 for $64.97. Himalayan Trading confirmed the order by email and assigned Order No. HTC10041622. Shipping is advertised as 5-8 business days (i.e., no later than October 16, 2024).The order has never shipped and there is no change in status. I have tried emailing the customer support team twice and tried calling the customer support phone number three times, leaving a voicemail twice. I have never received a response, even after requesting a refund because I have never received the item.Given they have never shipped the product and there is no response to customers, I believe this ********************** is a fraud. I placed an order for a salt lamp around December 26th, 2023 (that's when I received the confirmation email) for $59.97.I then received a shipping notice on February 19th, 2024 for which the status has since remained "Shipping Label Created" or something to that effect I could only get the actual status by downloading an app for my smartphone, Shop, which I would've preferred not to have to do in general.I received no updates, so I sent an inquiry to their website form on March 31st, 2024. I received a response on April 3rd, 2024. The response from ******** *. was as follows:---Hi,Thank you for contacting us. Hope you are well.I sincerely apologize for the delay. I will check with our warehouse manager on what is happening with your order. I will update you as soon as I receive information. Thank you so much.Kindly let us know if there is anything we can do for ******** Regards,---I never received a follow-up, so I sent an email follow-up of my own on May 15th, 2024. Again no response. I tried calling them in August, again no response. I then started getting marketing emails from them out of nowhere in September, so I responded directly to one of these on September 24th, with the hope that they might see if there if they're not monitoring their **************** channels. But I've still to date received no update, and my order is still in Shipping purgatory according to them.
