      I applied for an ARC number with this company. Which is a number I need to get my travel agency up and running. I applied September 18,2022. I was advised I’d get a response within 30 to 45 days. Of course I did not. The representative who was assigned my case, never answered the phone, his voicemail kept saying he was in a meeting. I had to call several times and finally after 50 days another rep transferred me to his phone, and after all this time, he had not even looked at my application. Here I am another 2 months later, and I still have not received any resolution. I’m also afraid of identity theft now because they literally have all my information, from a picture of my passport to my bank info. So I would never recommend dealing with this company. Even if by some Grace of God I finally get this ARC number, I would not recommend this company. They have terrible business practices and they will take your money without providing any service.

      On the evening of August 10, 2022 our ********* flight scheduled for the morning of August 11 2022 was canceled from Buffalo to Orlando. My wife called a customer service number linked to ********* to see about rebooking. When she believed the representative may not have been affiliated with ********* she ended the call. My wife immediately received a callback from the same number with a representative convincing her they worked for Southwest. Over the course of the next couple of hours, my wife was working to secure a new flight for the same day since we had non refundable ****** tickets, onsite accommodations, dinner and other events scheduled. The customer service representative continued offering an option, placing us on a long hold and then telling us the option was no longer available and each time the option got more and more expensive. Out of desperation and knowing with our family of 5, altnerative options at the last minute would be hard to come by, we booked the option that was finally able to be confirmed which ended up being $2500 more than our original booking. We were hopeful that we could follow up with ********* following the trip for some form of reimbursement but now realize this has become a matter of dealing with a 3rd party who deliberately deceived us and sought to get as much money from us as they could.

      On April 27th 2022, I called what I thought was *** ****** direct line to book flights from Seattle to Toronto round trip tickets. I asked them if this was *** ****** direct line to which they gave me a resounding confirmation. Then I waited for hours for them to confirm booking. I called back worrying that something was off and asked if they were indeed a travel agency and if so did they have a service fee? The lady straight out lied to me. She said they were *** ****** Airline direct lines and they had no charges in addition to ticket prices. I believed her. We checked our credit card statements later and noted there was a separate $1,243.40 agent fee in addition to the airfares. Nevermind the absurdly excessive fee for booking some flights, this was completely misrepresentation on their part. ARCServisedesk is a fraudulent and predatory company.

      I book airline tickets for my grandsons from BWI to Myrtle beach sc on June 20, 2021. I also paid an extra 150.00 to escort my grandsons from the ticket counter to the plane, that service was not delivered from Airline reporting corp/**********. My REF# from ********** is ******. I was lucky that my daughter could was allowed to take them because the service I paid 150.00 was not provided. I was on the phone with my credit card company and my daughter at the time this was taking place and was told I should get my money back since they didn't provide the service. I had my Credit card dispute the charge and ********** flat out lied and said that they had an escort. I have spike to 7 different people at ********** after filing complaints online and each one said that the would call the airline to confirm an get back to me with in 24 to 72 hours "*************************** to give you just a few" never did. I would call back and they had changed their number

      On March 10, I booked in for a flight going to Philippines to see my sister who just passed away. I paid ******* $508.98 with my **** Card. My flight is scheduled to fly on May 10, 2021, going to San Francisco and then leave Sanfrancisco to go to Philippines. For some reason, they change my flight schedule from May 10 to May 18 to go to Philippines. And we agreed to cancel my flight. The problem is on May 31, 2021, Why ******** *** charged me $480.45. Where that came from my airlines are supposed to be ***** *** And ****** ***. Where that ****** *** came from? I need to get a refund from ****** ***.
