We called to schedule an appointment with Rooftop chimney sweeps LLC on November 19th 2022. After verifying that they serviced our area (Zuni, Va), an appointment was set for December 7th 2022 with the tech arriving between 9:30 and 11:30. I took the day off from work to be home. About an hour into the approximate arrival time, my wife got a phone call stating that the tech was not coming. We got 2 different stories as to why, after a verification/confirmation email was sent the day before that the appointment was still “on”. At first they said we were out of the service area and Zuni has been out of the service area for 8 months. How and why are we just discovering this on the day of the appointment?? The internet has an abundance of maps to look at. The second story was that the tech himself said that the weather was “messy”. Nothing, other a leaf or two, had fallen from the sky that whole morning in Zuni. This would be been pertinent to the discussion if he was working from outside on the roof but my wife was told that they had equipment to work from inside if needed. So, in essence, we didn’t even get to experience the service side of the company because of the absolute fiasco that went on prior to getting anything done. After burning up my precious time and my wasted vacation hours at work, I was told basically “ Sorry but we can’t help you”. So disgusted!!!!!!
