I have called on Salzano Custom Concrete twice this year have been very impressed with their quality and professionalism. First, I called on them to resurface my walkway – which they had installed over 10 years ago, before I owned the home. I am so happy to have the beauty and glossy sheen restored to my walkway. About 8 months later, the lights embedded in my concrete steps stopped working. CJ was very responsive to my problem, made a couple of visits, and resolved the problem to my complete satisfaction. My walkway and lights are better than they were when I bought my home! I strongly recommend them!

The concrete front porch on our home dates back to the 60's, and had numerous cracks. It looked awful, and as we begin to prepare for eventual sale, we knew it would affect sale/price. CJ advised against simply resurfacing, and instead suggested we could cover the entire top and sides with slate, which is the option we chose. As we had recently replaced the front door, we were nervous about the crew cutting away some of the concrete threshold in order to make room for the slate. Turns out no need to worry - the work around the entry was completed with care, and the front entry looks better than it did before. Materials were dropped off with care. The crew were all courteous and worked quickly in spite of some ferocious heat. The porch looks great! We've had a number of compliments, and we're very happy, and would not hesitate to use Salzano Custom Concrete again.

I recently attempted to solvent-strip 10 years of sealer off of my existing stamped concrete patio. I created a huge mess and decided professional help was needed. Through research I found Salzano Custom Concrete and called them in for an estimate. C.J. Salzano showed-up at the scheduled time and was shown the patio. After a moment of assessing the patio, he asked me exactly what I had done and what I had used to do it. I was disappointed when he said he would not bid the job as it was outside the scope of work his company performed. However, he did not leave at that point, but stood at the patio for several minutes. Finally, he spoke up saying that although this was not the type of work they did, he did have three recommendations for me to try in an attempt to fix the patio and not call in a contractor. Long story short, the first of his three recommendations worked beautifully! It cost $187.00 for me to get the patio looking almost brand new! No service was rendered by Salzano Custom Concrete, but they solved my problem (from their standpoint) for nothing. Professionalism, knowledge and expertise in working with concrete products, pride in their service, promptness and an innate willingness to help were all reflected in this 40-minute appointment. I can only imagine how good their product is and wish I had a reason to lay another patio to find out. I strongly recommend you give Salzano Custom Concrete a chance to impress you. You will not be disappointed.

We are coming up on 20 years in this business, and just when you think you've seen everything, you're at it again problem solving something you've never seen before. This particular issue, we have seen before many times over the years and I was able to provide relatively easy instructions for this customer and sounds like it all worked out well. I was looking to remove an old paver patio and replace a poorly constructed concrete step on an outdoor patio and found S****** Custom Concrete via Google. CJ S****** himself came to the house to review the project and I was extremely impressed with CJ, his professionalism, how he took the time to walk me through all options without pressuring, and was very responsive answering all of my questions. The quote was reasonable (we obtained four quotes) and included demo/dump fees for all of the removed pavers and concrete, which some other companies tried to have me do on my own instead of using their own teams. His team was able to start the project within a week or so of signing the contract and they worked carefully and quickly. My wife and I are very happy with our new stamped concrete patio (and step) and highly recommend S****** Custom Concrete to anyone looking for a serious, well-respected company that does great work and has the reviews to back it up.

I can't say enough about the Salzano crew! CJ came out to our property off and on for several months and kindly managed our questions, thoughts, and overall exploration of what was possible with our projects. He had a great eye for detail and guided us through the entire process. Once we decided to move forward and picked a start date, the crew was here way earlier than expected and worked way harder than expected. There were a couple miscommunications throughout the process, like with any job and they responded perfectly! I always felt like I was the customer and I was their primary priority. The end result was an amazing patio and walkway of natural flagstone. We could not be happier.

The best thing that every happened to my patio was Salzano Custom Concrete. They came in and removed a dangerous paver patio and stone wall and replaced it all with a BEAUTIFUL stained, stamped concrete patio. I couldn’t be happier. They gave me great recommendations for the little thangs that made such a difference. The crew was wonderful - very courteous and went above and beyond fixing a pre-existing issue as they didn’t want anyone thinking they had done the shoddy work! CJ was great, keeping me up-to-date on status and schedule. I couldn’t be more happy with this work!
