I agree with every one here and am having the same issues. I was just informed that my solar has not been generating since installation and start up. My electric company made me aware. Having a really hard time contacting the company. It seems like they are out of business.

Terrible customer support service. This company installed solar panels to my home. I am not getting any productivity from the panels, its going on over 2 years. I have attempted over 50 texts to get someone to come out to see what's wrong. I get no response. Horrible communication. Their only means of communicating a response is via phone and text. The only way to connect is via text and unfortunately don't get any type of response once I've submitted my info and someone is supposed to respond... to no avail. I am currently paying for solar loan but I am not getting any productivity and my electricity bills is still exorbitant.

I agree with all the reviews! Core is a scam, trying for months to get repair work done on my solar system. Calls to ********** ******* nothing, main ******* nothing. They don't return calls. Total waste of time.

This is a terrible company to deal with. You can only reach them by text and cannot speak to a person. I have leaks in my roof caused by their poor installation of the solar panels. I have texted them for months with no resolution. They say they are working on it but in the meantime we have had additional damage from rain storms.

Installed a system in November 2022, loan went in to affect February 2023. Was paying the loan and the electric bill for 9 months and kept getting told that they were going to be refunding the amount of the loan that I had to pay before the system was turned on. Well here we are in May ************************** $2,258.11. ***** and ********************* have both said that this will be reimbursed and yet nothing has been done.

Let me take you to the beginning. We signed our contract in January 2023. Since March of 2023, we had nothing but issues with our Solar. We could not use major appliances, stove, oven, washer and dryer and AC, this went on for over two months. The response got from this company has been so unprofessional, communication was horrible. Nobody answers a phone. We would get told someone will be out, then they never show, nor communicate. We were told PG&E needed to come out, we would call PG&E and find out a work order had never been submitted. Our appliances didn't start working until *** 19th. Cancelled my daughter's going away party, as it was extremely hot, and we had no idea when we would have AC. Zero empathy for the fact that we had to spend a whole lot of money eating out because my oven didn't work. Laundry Mat because my dryer doesn't work, let's not forget hotel for a week because *** was hot and there was zero AC. We were told we would be reimbursed for 3 months. Even signed a disclosure saying we wouldn't speak bad about the company. Here we are a year later and zero reimbursement. Here is the kicker: This was our first experience, so we asked a lot of questions. Specifically, about the annual TRU- UP from PG&E. I must have asked over 6 times what that will entail? will we have one? etc. I was assured multiple times that there would be zero TRU UP. We asked about usage; do we need to be careful about electricity usage. No, we were told. You will not have a TRU UP; you will basically just pay for gas in regard to PG&E. Needless to say, I got my PG&E bill, and we have a $2500.00 TRU-UP. Not to mention. that my bill has not been anything close to what I was told it would be. This is just the most recent issue. I have talked to an attorney and will be filing a lawsuit in addition to getting out of this contract. Worst experience ever. Scam artists. Wish I can leave a zero.

I had solar panels installed last year by solgen electric / core energy group and I just found out fromPG&E that my solar panels are not connect to the grid. My ***-** bill is over $4000.00 and I am paying a ***** loan with Mosaic. The salesman does not answer his phone and gave an alternate phone number which also no answer. I reached out to Mosaic the loan company and they answer through text but I had a no show service call on 2/26/24. They dont have local numbers and are as far away as ****, **************** and **********. I need help as I was told if someone else works on the system it nullifies the contract. This is a horrible business and needs to be stopped. They are zeros.

I think we are being scammed Core Energy Group installed solar panels on our roof in March 2023 but they are not connected because we need an MPU upgrade which we paid $3000 extra for and to this day has not been installed. We are having to pay ***********. Mosiac the monthly installments since August 2023 for the Solar Loan in which the Solar Panels are not working because they are not plugged in to the *** and PG&E (our Electric **** the monthly bills. We have tried not paying the ******** but they keep calling us that wee are going to have bad credit so we end up paying them we have asked Core Energy to reimburse us for those payments we have been making to Mosiac ***********. this was their response: Due to high volume of reimbursements, we are currently awaiting approval for your specific reimbursement request. Rest assured we are actively working on this and will follow up with you as soon as we have more information. Core Energy only has a text # that is the only form of communication. The Sales person quit working for them because he was not being paid for many jobs he contracted for Core Energy he was also an installer. We are frustrated with this ************* and deeply regret having contracted with them. It almost seems like ****** is working with Core Energy that they say they can't call and ask Core Energy to cancel the contract or talk to them on our behalf. It just seems so fishy. This morning when a Mosiac Rep called me to get a payment from me. I asked if there were other people going through the same some similar situation of the solar panels not working, not connected or job not finished, who contracted with Core Energy and he said yes. My question is so why are they still contracting with Core Energy Group if they are having the problem of not getting their loans paid off and having to call the people every month to get their loan payment?
