      I purchased a Backyard Storage Solution shed on May 2, 2021, through Lowe’s. I was told that someone from this company would be contacting me within 3 days to set up the installation date. 2 weeks went by so I called them. I was on hold for 27 minutes before I reached someone. I was told they would install my shed July 7th and that they would be emailing me instructions regarding the prep work I would need to do. I never received this so called back numerous times. Each time, the person seemed confused about when my install would be and had the wrong address for me (they had Lowe’s as where it would be installed)! I took July 7th off, quickly hired someone to level my yard before this date (paid extra for this to be done on time) and 4 days before my installation was to happen, they called to tell me they needed to reschedule for 2 more weeks out. This is UNACCEPTABLE to do when they confirmed the date 3 times with me. If I had known it took almost 3 mths., I would have done it myself!

      Our Customer (Ms. ****** *******)- We had to reschedule her Shed installation due to multiple days of inclement weather. We reached out to her 4 days prior to her original installation date to provide her new install date of 7-20-21. The Shed is completed as of this response, however she does want a different type of wood siding than is currently on the Shed. We told the customer we would try to find the siding she wants and will be back out to replace at later date. The Shed is currently usable for her needs.

      I am rejecting this response because: I received completely different and inferior materials for the walls of the shed, portions of the shed being incomplete, a missing vent, and nails missing studs along with numerous nails poking through the ceiling inside. I will attach what I ordered and what was delivered/installed.
