      Absolutely do not buy from Sportsman's warehouse. They sold me a firearm online and after 2 weeks of not receiving it I found out that they do not even have one to sell. Without me calling and digging in to find out information I am sure I would have sat and waited longer for the firearm

      DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH SPORTSMANS WAREHOUSE! There are too many other legitimate companies to shop from that will not cheat and defraud you. On January 3rd I ordered a SAR-USA B6 .9mm handgun. Two days later I looked at my bank account and saw they charged me twice. I started calling and emailing them 5th requesting and then demanding they refund the 2nd charge to my debit card. When my local FFL dealer called and said my order arrived Sportsmans Warehouse sent me 2 of the exact same guns when I only ordered one. They constantly denied double charging me even though I sent them screenshots from my bank clearly showing the 2nd charge. Then they started ignoring my calls and emails for several months until I started threatening to involve the **** After that they finally admitted they charged me twice and was their mistake. When I said I would send one of the guns back for the refund they then said they do not accept returns on firearms. Incredible.... They will not return anymore calls or emails and this is April 11.

      I love walking around in the store and purchasing products in store from Sportsman's Warehouse but I will never again order anything online from them. I placed an order on February 28th and started receiving emails from *** saying it would come the following Monday. It didn't. Then I got another email that said it would show up Tuesday. But it didn't. then I got an email saying it would come Wednesday and thank God it finally did. However I ordered two Zebco reels on a special the 202 and 404 on the same day February 28th. And they have been stuck in ********** every since I placed the order including the day I am writing this review which is now April 4th. Horrible service. I am still waiting for the reels to arrive and there is still no delivery date available online. Tracking shows they have been sitting in the same warehouse since the 28th of February and still another state away. The only reason I placed an online order is because I went to the ********* Sportsman's Warehouse to purchase a fishing rod that was on special. Once I got there I asked one of their reps to please show me where the fishing rods were and she walked me over and pointed at Orange rods and said those are the ones on sale for $9.99. I took it up to the counter and the next thing I knew the guy at the register tried to charge me $29.99 and I said your woman in fishing just told me that this one was the one on sale that you guys are advertising for $9.99. So he called back to fishing and the woman told him yes I did tell him that however we don't have any more in stock. So I left everything that I was purchasing approximately $100 worth at the counter and asked the guy at the register to please put it away when he had a chance and walked out. Never again. You will never get me to order online from you again. And next time I want to visit a store I will go to a different one. This is ridiculous.

      The worst. I have had the same issue with the same item in consecutive years. I needed a helmet for me and my sons for an upcoming kayaking trip but the only store they had it was in Alaska. OK that's fine. I will buy three so I will get free shipping as they have that promotion all over their web site and all promotions. The first time last year they took care of the shipping but this time around the $79 shipping they will not cover it. This company is being run by some questionable management; let's say "Forsure dude!". I would love to give them business so they stay in business but at this rate I doubt that would happen. Go on line or to Dick's.

      Sportmans warehouse would not sell me a firearm because I was a woman. I went to my local store to purchase a Springfield 10mm. I had looked at the 10mm at a different store and decided to come to sportsmans because it was a better deal and I have purchased several firearms there over the years. I went in with my boyfriend. The clerk approached my boyfriend who indicated I was here to look at a firearms. They pulled it out and I said I wished to purchase again I had looked at it at another store. I was asked to fill out the ATF443. After doing so I was harassed by the store manager who indicated he was the only manager over the whole store, his staff backed his "credibility" saying he owned/opened the store. I was harassed and accused of purchasing the firearm for my boyfriend. I was grilled with questions that were personal and unfounded. They asked my boyfriend if he had an account with sportsmans because he did not they refused the sell me the firearm. My account/history did not matter nor my honest answering of their harassing questioning. I was accused of being escalated, I was not. I was firm and direct. I was in no way out of line. I was dismissed and disregarded and I belive it was because I am a woman and I am disappointed that is your brand. Had my boyfriend been buying the firearm I belive my presence would not have mattered, but because I was a woman purchasing a firearm having my boyfriend presence did. On my ATF 443 I legally and honestly answered the firearm was for me. The store said my behaviors of not inspecting before purching was a red flag indicator corporate training. Additionally, I informed the staff and manager harassing me that even if I was purchasing the forearm for my boyfriend there are no legal issues as he can legally own a firearm. To which I was told to calm down because the store manager "came to me calm", again I was not unregulated at any point. I suppose the brand is in your name sports"mans". I understand I am unwelcome.

      Warning - Before purchasing a firearm online:1) Hire a lawyer to decipher the small print. 2) Don't fall for the 10% discount scam by accepting text promotions. During checkout, it will be accepted yet not applied and then no longer available when used unknowingly on an ineligible product.3) It might be sold from a 3rd party "As is" with no warranty or support 4) If you call to cancel your order, within minutes of purchase, it may not be stopped or could take weeks for a refund. 5) **************** is worse than dealing with the cable company The above is exactly what happened to me, minus hiring a lawyer.

      They do not have the leadership teams in place to operate at a bare minimum of expectations. They should not be licensed to operate at this point, particularly to handle firearm sales

      Paid good money on a new bow. Employee couldnt install the peep sight. Had to pay a pro shop an extra $32 to do an actual setup on Sportsmans warehouses so called setup. Might as well have bought a more expensive bow at the pro shop.

      Purchased a Leupold scope for 900.00 from the Sportsman Warehouse in Yuma AZ. It wasn't in stock, so the counter guy ordered it. I ordered 2/13/24 was told they would email once in. During that time i get emails with specials from Sportsmans. I got one saying the scope they ordered went on sale 100.00 off my purchasing price. So, I used the contact us section on Sportsmans web page to advise them of my order and inquire about discount. I didn't hear a thing. Time past I got an email saying my scope was finally in. So went down to pick it up and asked about the discount before taking the scope. The manager of the store Sarah got on phone I waited a bit. She came back gave me the scope and so no worries they will credit the purchase 100.00 within a few days. I said awesome took scope and proceeded to buy more stuff at the store. When I got home, I checked my emails, and I got an email from Sportsman saying they wouldn't honor the price. Because 7 days after i ordered the sale came on. (Even know I didn't have the scope from them) The order came in during the sale. So, I was lied to by the store manager so I would probably just leave. So, I 've purchased lots of items from there. I'm not a complainer or a squeaky wheel, but this wasn't right! This will be my last purchase i will ever do at Sportsmans Warehouse. I've never had any concerns with Cabela's , so they we will be the ones to get my money and my entire family's. SAD!

      Horrible security on comenity bank explorer rewards Visa card. Called customer care because some thief broke into my mailbox and I ask them to cancel my credit card. The representative advised me to wait a couple of days. They allowed them to fraudulently activate my card and maxed it out. Multiple calls were made in an attempt to settle the charges in a span of 2 months. After everything was finally settled they allowed whomever stole my card to change the on my card and the address on it. 2 months of fighting for my security just to have them allow someone else to change my information. I cancelled card. I couldn’t deal with a company that allows such fraudulent actions to continue despite fighting with them for over 2 months.
