We used American Heritage to redo our backyard - we added a pool and casita. I can't express how happy we were with them. Everyone was so efficient and wonderful to work with. They had designers to help us choose the best tile for our pool (thank you Hope) - and designers for our casita who guided us in gorgeous choices (thank you *******! ******* followed up with us throughout the process to make sure we were happy with our choices. ***** oversaw the building of our casita - he has been unbelievably responsive to us. We have loved working with him. He communicated with us - treated us so kindly and was very efficient. Our entire process took April-Nov. Our pool and casita were completely done in 7 months! We got weekly Emails on what we can expect for the coming week. We would use them again in a heartbeat. If you are debating on who to build for you - for sure choose American Heritage!Review from Katelyn J

American Heritage, (Shem, ****, ****, *****, ********************** and the *** Pool team) are wonderful to work with! We have been very impressed with their work ethic, honesty, and loyal work. But we are also very pleased with the project they did! Our pool is beautiful! The pool is the perfect oasis I was hoping for!! Pools these days are not cheap so its scary paying that much, but so reassuring when you work with a company that truly cares. At one point in the process we reached out to the company with some concerns and they were very quick to respond. They took full accountability for the concern and fixed it in a very timely manner! Hope was fabulous to work with!! She was very, very honest and understanding. She made us feel like valued customers, not just a price tag! We honestly cant say enough good things about this companys work, ethic, and individuals they hire!Review from Carson B

They are very organized and keep the progress moving along when they built our pool. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to build a home or pool. They get the job done right and on time. They always were available to answer any questions and concerns and were quick about resolving them.Review from Megan S

Shem went above and beyond to help us with a property / zoning challenge so that we could make our dream of installing a pool in our backyard a reality. The American Heritage team stayed on target with the build dates and kept us updated each week on progress. The result is a gorgeous pool that we couldn't be happier with.Review from Christian T

American Heritage built our pool and we are so happy with the work they did. They had great communication throughout the process and we always knew what to expect next. They were always on schedule and have been very responsive even when we needed to fix or adjust something. We are very pleased with the final product and we have already referred some of our friends to them.Review from Joey S

We absolutely love our American heritage home the craftsmanship and care in the building is evident throughout the house couldnt ask for a better built hose and the after sale support is fantastic
