On 6/14/2021 I signed a contract with Redman Van & Storage Co to handle an interstate move to Texas. They picked up my goods on 6/16/2021 and ended up delivering a partial shipment on 7/23/2021 to me in Texas. However an entire part of the shipment is missing including most of my furniture. It had our bed, bed frame, big part of our sectional couch, kitchen items and the list goes on and on. I have contacted North American Van Lines and their resolution is for me to wait for an unknown amount of time for them to put a trace on our items missing. They have no idea where they are and don't care to rectify my situation. Meanwhile I have no bedding to sleep on or furniture to live comfortably. I paid $6300 in full and did not receive all of my items. This isn't fair to a paying customer.Business response

This move was handled in behalf of North American Van Lines and the customer has been working with Upper Management for tracing and claims resolution. We have made North American aware of this complaint filing.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:I am still working with Corporate and have not received a check for a large amount of missing items. Furthermore they have denied a delayed shipment claim that Redman Van & Storage promised would be upheld.

The home office for North American Van Lines has sent a settlement check for the value of the missing items and inconvenience. A Tracking # was sent to the customer.
