How has this business not been shut down by the BBB yet? They hide all your "lease" information and financial info. They make it sound like you are financing your purchase when in fact you are not. Shady wording on all their paperwork to disguise how their operation works. I would trust a loan shark more than this business and I highly advise that nobody does business with company in the future. Save yourself the headache and the ** of dealing with these people.BBB step in any time now and do an investigation and put these people in their place.

They don’t even deserve the 1 star! Terrible company 0/10 would not recommend. Very misleading. And they give you wrong information every time you call. It’s always a different amount you still owe: the one thing they say is “do you have your contract” I call to specifically call and talk to the company and get clear information they mislead and tell you one amount just to keep you paying on equipment longer. Every time I call back, it’s as if the amount keep growing more and more.I purchased a 360 spinner in June of 2021. Last time I called requested the balance of what remains back in August of 2023. The rep informed me I have $1533.46 since then I have paid $1182.30. Im thinking my balance is almost fulfilled just to call back today and hear I have $534.50 left to pay. How when they told me in August my balance was $1533.46. They are a SCAM RIP OFF COMPANY! Customer service and the Supervisors are Rude and justify their business misleading you with information. I will NEVER buy equipment from them again. I will NEVER RECOMMEND them to anyone. I even have a screen shot of going online looking at my account and it says only 1 term remains. And the supervisors telling me I still have $534.50 left. While I’m looking at my account online. I have to extend to pay on this equipment and just be done with this company. I can’t wait to be done. My fellow Photo Booth people wanted to purchase equipment definitely advised to go else where. I would NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN! EVER!

I got a loan for a kettle corn machine with Clicklease last year in June. Since then, I have been trying to login to my account. Each time I call, they tell me they can't reset my password and I have to wait 24 hours to finally get a reset email and amongst ALL of the times I've called, I never get an email 24 hours later. One of the reps finally got me into my account and there is barely ANY account information. No interest rate, no total balance due...Nothing other than the payment that is due. On the most recent call, I asked what my balance was and it's almost DOUBLE what I paid for the kettle corn machine! I pulled up all the documents I signed and all of the emails (I am a paperwork/email junkie...prior military...CYA I file and keep every important email and document!). I have NO documentation of my interest rate and the total I'll pay after interest, etc. You know, the form you always get with a loan stating the total loan, how many months, interest rate, etc. NOTHING! I really want to research to see if I have any legal right in this matter. I get absolutely no customer service! This company is a JOKE and with all of these comments, maybe we can start a lawsuit and get some ANSWERS!

I am very satisfied with the customer service I received today, everything possible was provided to clear up miscommunication. An agreement was set up to accommodate my family expenses and save me the most possible.

Confusing and slickly worded contracts. high interest rates. Hard to talk to anyone. Will not refund the $499 even though everything is electronic and contracts are just a template its not like you did $500 worth of work doing the lease.

Do not use this company EXTREMELY PREDATORY. they will charge you 3 times the cost of your equipment. When you see terms like you can "pay off early" All a lie, it's still the same amount.Cut your losses use another company

My experience with *********** has been nothing short of a nightmare. This company operates with utter disregard for its customers, employing deceptive practices and demonstrating a complete lack of professionalism.First and foremost, communication with *********** is abysmal. Attempts to reach supervisors or managers are futile; you're left to deal with clueless minions who seem more interested in scamming people than resolving legitimate issues. I've spent countless hours on the phone trying to resolve a simple matter, only to be met with empty promises of callbacks that never materialize.To make matters worse, their payment process is a mess. Despite following their instructions to the letter, my attempts to pay off my contract have been met with unnecessary complications. First, I was instructed to send a check, only to be informed later that they don't accept cashier's checks. After wiring the money as instructed, I'm still left waiting days later without confirmation or resolution.But the deceit doesn't end there. It appears that *********** has no qualms about changing contract terms after the fact, leaving customers like myself in a state of disbelief and frustration. Their failure to report a positive payoff to credit bureaus further demonstrates their lack of integrity and commitment to fair business practices.In light of these egregious actions, I am determined to pursue legal action against ***********. I intend to report them to every relevant authority, from local government agencies to the ************************************* Individuals like CEO ***********************, CFO ***************************, and COO *********************** should be held accountable for the havoc they've wreaked on unsuspecting consumers.In conclusion, I strongly advise anyone considering doing business with *********** to proceed with extreme caution. Their unethical behavior and disregard for customer satisfaction make them a company to be avoided at all costs.

I had a bad experience with this company. They promised quick approvals, but did not provide me with a finalized contract and pricing until after I signed. When I asked to speak with a manager, I never received a call back. The employees seem to be part of the scam because they always tell you that no one is available or that they don't have the authority to send contract documents. I paid the full cash amount for a trailer, but now I cannot move it because the tags are expired. I called the company to ask for the tags, but they have not paid the tag company to process the tags, and they have not been sent to the **** It has now been 60 days since I purchased the trailer, and I still cannot move it due to the expired tags. Beware unless you have free money to throw away and dont need equiptment for months.

This company is an absolute scam! My equipment was right under $9,000, However, I'm paying $360 for 57 months totaling over $20,000. I asked the manager was it my $11,000 I'm paying towards. She tells me "their profit". I asked where did the monthly amount come from. She said my equipment cost. How does $9,000 divided by 57 equal $360? They won't let me return my equipment nor end my lease! After my conversation today, I WOULD NOT REFER this company to anyone else. It should be against the law for them to scam people like this! Disgusting company!
