60 Day Credit Repair scammed me of $927. They enrolled me on a $1800 commitment plan and promised “personalized services” to improve your credit. They claim to have a 60 day turnaround time and promise a 100 point credit score increase guaranteed. Non of the criteria was met (not even close) I was paying them for 7 months and they didn’t do anything to improve my credit. When I called to get a refund, the person just said: “sorry it didn’t workout for you.” Complete waste of time and money.Business Response

I signed up with 60 day credit repair.... To help repair my credit and it turned out they made my position worse. The creditors we disputed.
Sent accounts to collections and one creditor filing a lawsuit against me. I contacted them several times to cancel and they told me at the last minute they could not. I found out they put a account on my credit report and originally did not know they was going to do that.
I had to enroll now in a debt consolidation for the legal protection incase I get another summons. I hired them to help repair, not distory my credit I have 3 Collection letters that have not been added but I am sure they will be soon.Business Response

Customer is up 149 points and just had another round of disputes mailed out 21 days ago. If we hurt them so bad why would they want another round done on their behalf? below are transcripts of voicemails following up on 2nd rounds along with results from first rounds. Looking through the notes it looks like some type of financial hardship is the issue. We are willing to work out a resolution on the balance and are open to a proposal.

I am rejecting this response because: only reason I left those vm is because I was told they was going to be sent out and never got tracking number. Lvnv funding is still on my report and the denbenifits is a account your company added to my report. Which I was not aware you was going to do when I originally talked to your company. Only reason I said wanted to see more improvement is because there was only one account removed. And when I called like I said at the last minute I was convinced to do a second round. Against my better judgement. Because of this program I got a summons to court that was not my fault. When I called lvnv funding the is other day, one that sent me the summons they told me the reason they did that was because of the dispute letter I apparently sent. So now I have to pay 735.00 when if contacted normally I could have made a arrangement. If I knew that before the second round went out I would have never agreed to it. As for balance increases I had a family emergency that I had to use me credit card for. I still want this account canceled. Because all you have done for me is made me get a summons, all these collection letters I am getting. This has not helped me at all. Just because the collections have not hit my credit yet does not mean they won't. If your people actually answered there emails I might have been able to cancel things when I wanted but I did not get a response until last minute. And it was a call I am beyond stressed overwhelmed and mentally exhausted, the perons I talk to took advantage of that and convinced me to send out another round. I would have never done this if I know this would have happened.

The 2nd round of disputes was optional. However the balance owed to us for the first round was not optional was we hit our 100 point warranty in the first round. You can still make payment arrangements when you are served with a judgment. The "summons" is if the debt is not yours you can go and state your case, if it is yours there is no case to state. Circling back to our previous end note, what payment solution are you proposing for the work we did? You agreed to pay $1800 for 100 points in 90 days or less, we fulfilled that promise. If I can not cancel then can you lower the amount of the monthly payment? They would not allow me to make payment arrangements they wanted the lump sum. When I signed up for the credit repair I was told if they did hit certain criteria within ********************************************************************************* the contract for an entire year. I should not be forced to try to pay to a service that I no longer want as I feel as though it was just an opportunity to get money out of me. I stated that I can not afford it, and the young lady ***** ****** and with authority pretty much stated that I have to remain in the contract and pay it off even if I am not happy with the results that have happened thus far. I was told that. my credit score would be increased by 100 points. I was misled the 100 point is aggregate with each credit bureau they did not make it clear that the 100 points was not 100 points for each credit bureau. So 3 credit bureaus went up a little over 30 points and they continued. billing me.. They did not describe this to me clearly, it was not full disclosure.. I've been in business most of my life and what I got from this company. was really deceitful and unprofessional I would never recommend anybody to deal with them. and I'm in the finance business. I ran into some problems. I thought they could help me. They are more of a problem then. I could have ever imagined. I wish I lived in **** because I would love to visit their office and sit with the CEO and have a man to man conversation with him because. they really are not a reputable company.. Again, I would highly recommend anybody that has had any conversations with them to run. There are many companies that do a much better job a much more open and full disclosure.. The 100 points is very misleading because they. allow you to think that it is for all three credit bureaus. 100 points each. If you deal with them good luck. You're better off going to a casino and playing blackjack. Needless to say, I am greatly disappointed and have received zero help from them.Business Response

When i signed up all i agreed to was to pay $7 for credit monitoring software. We never spoke about how much it would cost to fix it. They said it would be based on how much they fixed my credit report. They sent me some contract saying i signed it which i never did. I searched my email a million times and never received the link to fill it out. They did nothing to improve my credit anyway. The. They doctored a recording of me when i agreed to keeping the credit monitoring thing open for 3 months. They took my responses and put them on an agreement about me paying a crazy amount of money. I contacted this company 60day credit repair to fix my credit and after 40 days I call the numbers available to call to cancel my subscription and as soon as they answer they play a transfer game to a number that doesnt answer they charged my credit card predatorily I went into the hospital and my credit card balance was at a 0 balence when I got out of the hospital 3 months later they this company had max out my credit card with charges!!! This company made it sound as if they were going to provide me help with my credit issues, but it only ended up costing me limit of pocket and making me pay for a seperate 3rd party service so they could monitor my credit. After receiving an obnoxious amount of calls from them for help accessing that service i was irritated and felt as though I was having to put more effort in then agreed. Now they are trying to say I owe them almost two grand! We spoke on the phone two times!!!!!! They never disputed a SINGLE debt for me, literally never did ANYTHING except for add more onto my total debt. It's pathetic! I am rejecting this response because:I do not wish to move forward with your company. The incessant calls and demeaning emails that begin with statements such as "we are appalled at your lack of financial responsibility" and "we are dismayed by your blatant and willful disregard for your financial obligation". You will not gas light me into feeling obligated to pay $1600, just because your pushy sales team was able to pressure me into entering into an agreement, doesn't mean you DESERVE $1600. And I don't DESERVE to be bullied into doing business with a company that I feel is engaging in shady business tactics. You aren't going to force me to continue with the "plan", I don't trust you people and I refuse to continue dealing with you. Send me a copy of my original "agreement", seems I never recieved a copy.

We have already offered to meet more than in the middle. Give us access and if there are no voids we will happily exit. The fact she is unwilling to do so proves that we clearly provided value and she refuses to show the work because she does not want to pay for what was done. If nothing was done show us.
