      If there was a possibility to leave negative stars, that would be my preference. I purchased an overpriced pair of shorts to support someone who I knew. I paid $13 in shipping to receive them and then another $22 in shipping to exchange them. Absolutely ridiculous. Their shipping policies are terrible and the products arent even that good.

      unfortunately the leggings does not fit and I wanna return. 5 days and 5 emails and an account on their website because I was told to do so later, still no instruction how to return. Burn my time, please!

      Awful customer service. Zyia acts like they back up their products but they really don't expect them to last over a year. I reached out about the zipper falling off my $90 joggers and instead of offering to fix them or replace them, they offered me a $10 gift card to spend more money with their company... No, thanks.

      Ordered a pair of joggers, super comfy, but had rips after two months and **** wouldnt cover it under warranty. For the price you would expect them to last longer

      I agree with most of the reviews, products run extremely small, if you do a return you have to pay shipping even if you do an exchange!The second shirt I bought XXXL fits but not how I would like it to.Not sending back its not worth the effort or time!!Will not purchase from this company again

      Charged a restocking fee for their product that doesn't fit per their sizing chart and representatives guidance. Tried several products per their "trained" representatives. RIDICULOUSNESS!! I should have known there would be a catch because it is MLM platform.

      DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY ***************** worst customer service ever, looks for ways to get out of taking any responsibility for defective items, s***** quality and material that is extremely over priced. Sizing is all over the place, everything is either too big, or way too small. Doesnt hold up wearing every day, cant imagine how you could work out in it! Customer Service is the worst! Customer has to pay for all returns and exchanges and restocking fees, might as well keep the item and give away, because by the time you pay for return and restocking youve paid for the item and then some. This stuff is over priced junk! Dont buy! Save yourself the headache! I purchased a lot of stuff from them and spent thousands, then stuff had holes, unraveled, boyfriend hoodies all bleed and Ive washed 10+ times, ruining other shirts, pants, jackets, belts they refuse to admit its a quality issue on their part and insists that I must be washing wrong. Every time I have an issue they ask how the damage occurred, what I was doing and how it was washed and dried! Obviously they have no confidence in their product and know its s***** quality that they are getting rich off of! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

      Normally I am a size L but I bought an XL bikini top since I knew this was an “active wear” company and assumed it would run small. Well I was right and then some. The top didn’t even cover the parts a bikini stop is supposed to cover. It doesn’t seem like this line appeals to the curvier clientele which really sucks. I received the package around holiday time and didn’t have a chance to try it on with all the events we had going on. I tried it on first week of Feb and reached out to the rep that I purchased from on a Facebook party. She made it VERY clear that I was out of the 30 day return/exchange policy. I asked if I had any options and she basically said no because I was “WAY” over (her words not mine). She wasn’t helpful at all and now I’m stuck with a bikini top that I can’t wear or use. Frustrating all around. Usually I understand the refund/return has a limit but I’m not even able to exchange or get store credit. So I’m out the money & down a bikini top. Would not recommend.

      I purchased a boyfriend hoodie and LOVED IT. So much so that 2yrs later I purchased another one. I didn’t realize that the dye in this shirt turned my skin purple and I thought I was having circulatory problems … actually went to emergency! Before I realized it was the hoodie I ruined a 700 thread count set of white sheets and my brand new white Apple Watch band is stained. I washed the hoodie THREE TIMES as per the washing instructions using the “hand wash” feature on my washing machine. My rep was great and wrote to them and they’ve come back to say I did not follow the washing instructions because I used my machine. I’ve since sent a photo of my “hand wash” feature on my machine. Waste of almost a hundred bucks on a hoodie that is useless and I’m out a $150 set of sheets and a watch band. I was shocked at their response!

      Do not buy from this company. They will do everything they can to take your money and then hide behind "company policy" when you are shipped a clearly defective item. Ordered two pair leggings, same size, directly from website...not a representative. You can clearly see in the picture that these two are NOT the same size and one is 3 inches smaller at the waist than the other. **************** was zero help! And basically told me they can't help me and go back to my rep. I DID NOT order through a rep and explained this with every email. After 10 emails, the rep basically said there is nothing she can do for me.....love the guarantee they promise on their website..what a joke.
