    Ordered a product subscription and paid 1st month charge of $187.98. Was then told product was backordered for a month or more. One month goes by and Lifevantage charges me another $187.98. I never received any product yet they already charged me $375.96. I called to cancel the subscription and ask for a refund. Waited on hold for 40 minutes!!!! Then they told me they would not refund me until received the product and returned it!! But they also said the product was backordered. So essentially they wanted me to wait months to get my refund!
    Sent emails and they finally agreed to refund me but they only refunded me $187.98! Still fighting with them to get my money back. Do not do business with these people. They are dishonest and run a poor business.

    I had been taking LifeVantage products for about 7 years with wonderful results. Then in January of 2024 I decided to become a consultant to sell the products. I was promised that we would be given a mentor (what they called an upline), and training. I was promised a small amount of money for each product sold after meeting the minimum requirements. Unfortunately this didn’t happen at all. My upline didn’t even work for them anymore. There was no training or support.
    Also I believe they may have changed the rules for making a profit. Also they removed all incentives for following the minimum sales goals of each month after I signed the contract.
    Lifevantage may have also changed the formula of the Nrf2 supplement sometime in spring of 2024. Myself and a few family members started having physical health issues when taking the supplement. So I asked for a refund and they declined.
    I am seeking the following:

    $900 for the distributor costs
    $200 for supplements they refused to let me return.

    I ordered from this company a Collagen product understanding that it was to be applied to the skin.It has to be drank and I could not take the taste.Never thought it had to be swallowed by the ad that was presented. Actually, watched again and never mentioned this.Never answered emails.

    I am rejecting this response because:  I don't comprehend the response.  It wants me watch a video.  What does that have to do with the ******** ad I bought from that did not have a video?  I have filed a complaint with PayPal and my credit card company both.  ************ had also entered into a continuing payment plan which I know I didn't agree to.

    This is for order ********, auto-ordered on 6/20/2023. Member number is #*******. Problem is that a $30 of the $70 reward was applied to the order. Called customer service and two things were to occur. One, a ticket placed to the IT department to correct the error. Second, a $30 of the reward was to be placed on the order, like it should have. In addition, a product was shipped for the inconvenience. However, in calling their customer service, the product shipped WAS in Lieu of the $30 credit that should have been applied. This is not was understood on the call. The ticket to their IT department was to FIX the problem and APPLY my $30 reward, not just to FIX the IT problem. I want the $30 of the $70 reward to be refunded to my credit card.

    sent a Tri Synergizer pack

    Life Vantage has been sending me Protandim 30 count monthly for the past 15 years. My price was $32.49 on my CAP1 ***** The month I saw the charge was for $67.28.. Upon checking back on my **** statement, this change started on March 27, 2023. I called to check why today (******* at 2PM) and she informed me that the Management had decided to cancel the legacy pricing program for long-time individual customers.I asked to cancel all orders and to speak to a supervisor.. ******* says one supervisor will call me back. BTW; FYI the same product is available on Amazon for $54.00.

    As ***** explained in the complaint, management decided to stop a legacy program that has offered a very limited number of early customers the lowest price available on our original and flag ship product Protandim Nrf2.  These customers have paid less than anyone else for this product for more than a decade.  Unfortunately, It has become necessary to stop this legacy opportunity.  At this time, and at the customer's request, ***********************, one of our best supervisors in customer services, has reached out and left a message for *****. We trust that he will return the call and clear up any misunderstanding that there might be at this time.

    As the **** of Compliance at LifeVantage, I had an opportunity to talk ***, extend an apology for not notifying him of the termination of the Legacy program after a decade.  I discussed current pricing which did not interest *****************  He has my number if there are further questions.  We wish him the best and appreciate his business for the decade he was with us.
