Constantly delete your information on the tenant site to pay your rent. Then you are charged late fees. This is a continual problem. I once again reached out to them and sent a copy of the message stating my information was not correct and they would have to set it up. Worst company in the world, after renting from them for 2 years I would not reccommend them to anyone. Liars, false damage claims, they nickle and dime you for everything, even the owner of the property hand delivered a letter to our other neighbor's saying they didnt trust wolfnest and also didn't trust them to relay information owner then a month later dropped wolfnest for their rental needs. Avoid at all costs or be prepared to take them to court. Record every call you make with them save every little thing you discuss with them. Take photos of EVERYTHING because they will try to make false claims. Will never stay somewhere they manage again. Ther responses are rude. Their workers are rude. Some of them were sexist towards women as me and my mother experienced.Review from Benjamin M

Wolfnest took over my property in the summer of 2022 and decided to move out. I did not like their approach to tenant management and I decided to move out. I cannot believe how hard this has been to move on from. They sent me to collections over $20 instead of taking the amount out of *********** and rent owed to me. It took months and months to get this resolved because they are mysteriously never available to write checks in the office. I respect there can be mistakes transferring addresses from email and it took a while to get everything settled. I have no issues with how long it took to get my deposit back because I am very patient but it did take months because they could not find their address mistakes on their own. What really drives me nuts is they still took the $20 out of their payment after having sent me to the collection over $20. As best as I can tell they have done nothing to clear this up with the collections company. Reading through the other complaints it does sound like this is a trend as this is the only post I have made. Any other complaints are probably other tenants going through the same issues I have had. And Wolfnest, when you read this and I know you do, please actually call my cell phone to help resolve this issue instead of responding here and I will be more than happy to remove it.Review from Sarah E

I wish I could give this company negative stars, but that is not an option. I am not someone who leaves reviews, but I had to let people know about the horrific and stressful experience I had with this company. Owners, please do NOT do business with this company. They only want to communicate via email and when you can set up a phone call they simply don't call you because they are working with another client, or some other easy excuse. We have used this company for far too long and would not even refer them to our worst enemy. They generate work orders that do not get done, and charge very high prices for the "work." There are no invoices provided or photos that prove the work has been completed. Our property was in fantastic condition when we turned it over to them and now it needs over $12,000 worth of work done before it is even livable. They wanted to rent it out right away without any repairs actually done, but not before charging us over $2,000 for work that has not been done.When we confronted them about the charges it has taken over three weeks and multiple cancelled phone calls(on their end) to get any information and it still has not been resolved! PROPERTY OWNERS AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID at all cost!!! YOU WILL LOSE MONEY if you sign with them!!! we worked with this company for only 3 months with one of our properties and I regret not reading the reviews before i signed with them!! if you have questions regarding your property they will not answer the phone only emails and they will take their sweet time replying and when they do they will give you vague answers, they will charge YOU AND YOUR tenants. They charged me over 500$ for putting in COVERS on light fixtures that cost 10$. Along with their DISHONEST cleaning crew who did NOT do anything they said they did because i personally checked!! I addressed this to Vhea and she did not care one bit. It got to the point where i told my tenants to no longer contact them for maintenance and asked them to contact me personally, they will over charge you in every opportunity and when you ask them, they will not acknowledge this. I had endless headaches from beginning to end, and many other issues through out the 3 months that are to long to list!! I will do my best to steer other property owners as far as possible from this company!!Review from Allie S

I wish I could give 0 stars. I can't even begin. They have continually disappointed me with their service let alone make it nearly impossible to reach them. I'm not one to leave ****** reviews but I feel like I need to warn people they are seriously the worst management company and have horrible communication. ****** has been a nightmare to work with. They find every reason to charge you. Its fraudulent what they do. It makes me sad there are companies like this and that they haven't been shut down yet. Stay far away!!Review from Alicia M

Cant understand half of what they say, and they will charge you for anything they can. They love to just tack on to your rent for anything they can. They are extremely hard to get ahold of. No one ever gets back to you, if they do its days or weeks later. We had a noise complaint filed on us and it wasnt even us who was being loud and without any investigation we have the girl on camera who was being loud and freaking out and they just put a comply or vacate notice on our door and charged us a total of $165 without any truths to what they have charged us for. Unbelievable this business is still allowed to operate. They never answer a phone, all voicemails or pointless answering services, they charge for things fraudulently, they don’t communicate with owners or with tenants. They are ridiculous! Avoid at all costs!
