On November 14, 2022 we received notice regarding a complaint filed against Foursight Capital (Foursight) through the Better Business Bureau. Foursight is committed to providing the best possible customer service, so we have investigated the complaint and made the following determination.

Foursight Capital took over the servicing of Chrome Capital leases in 2015.  On November 13, 2014 ************************* signed a contract to lease a *************** FLSTC from Chrome Capital for 36 months.  The terms agreed to on this contract were monthly payments of $288.03 with a purchase option at the end of the lease.

Mr. ******* account became delinquent when his November 2017 payment was not received according to the terms of his contract.  ********* was unable to reach **************** and exercised our right to repossess the motorcycle.  To date we have not been able to recover our property and are continuing to search for it.  Upon recovery we will sell the motorcycle at auction to the highest bidder and apply proceeds to the remaining balance of Mr. ******* lease.

If Mr. ******* wishes to satisfy the remaining balance of his contract to retain possession of his motorcycle we invite him to contact us at ************ during our business hours.
