    I have purchased SELECT on iGenius on February 13, 2025. I asked for a refund and to cancel my subscription oN 16, February 2025. I am well within the 10 days timeframe, as per refund policy. I have already sent a total of 4 emails urgently requesting a full refund and to cancel my subscription. The average response time is that of 48 hours, and I have been waiting for way more than that. It has been 3 full days no, yet no response. I am formally requesting to cancel my subscription and refund my money as soon as possible. I await for a a response to come as soon as possible.

    Hello, I joined iGenius on the January 12th, 2025 and I would like a full refund. I paid a fee of ******* CAD for the subscription, which I would like to be refunded to the same account I have paid with. I am well within the 10 day time period for the request of a refund. I have sent an email to the support team of this business on the next day that I joined and requesting a cancellation, but there has not been a reply even though I waited for 48 hours (which is the response time that they have advertised on their website). I want to cancel my account and subscription. I would appreciate a response as soon as possible. Thank you
