I paid in advance for 2 cleanings. $300 was the discounted price if you paid for both. I have tried no less than 30 times to contact them, leaving messages each time and they wont respond.

ID # ********To whom it may concern,We understand your frustration and sincerely apologize that you did not receive a prompt call back.Our Patients are so important to us and we are always striving to offer the highest quality of care. We do our best to reply to our messages in a timely manner, but I think the time frame you are referring to is when we were forced to close our office for a week and a half due to office renovations and our Dr. being out of town.Our Employee answering phones during that time got sick but still made sure she answered our emergency line and responded to as many messages as she was able. This past couple of years has been very challenging for many businesses, including ours, with hiring and finding qualified employees. Our team is very small but we are working late nights and weekends along with our normal operating hours, to do our best to make sure our patients' needs are being met.As soon as our office opened back up, we returned your call and were able to get you on our schedule. We look forward to seeing you in our office and resuming the good relationship with you that we have always had!Dream Dental Implant Center
