I bought a 2016 **** fusion from luckys auto credit, knowing there past business ethics I was tentative but almost helpless as their business preys on those with credit issues, I did purchase and the vehicle, 4 months later car no longer starts and was very shakey starting after 1 month, turns out to be a key transponder relay which means the key for the vehicle was fabricated and not even a **** issued key and they gave no spare, I called luckys for warranty info they told me it doesn't cover, I believe they put bad parts in vehicles to pass and sell to unsuspecting customers they want me to take it to them and pay for there diagnostics, I took to **** themselves and was 500$ for actual working keys

      *****,
I apologize there was an issue with your key. Please keep in mind this is a used vehicle purchased as is and, though our warranty is very competitive, there are certain repairs that are not covered. However, to provide additional assistance to our customers, we also offer financing options for repair costs over $300. The warranty and financing options can also be applied to repairs at other service centers as long as the estimate is provided before the work is started so we can verify the costs are reasonable. We have noticed some **** dealerships and **** manufacturers will sometimes have higher repair and labor costs but they are almost always still within a reasonable amount for us to apply the warranty and financing options.

It hasn't been 6 months of having this car and there's electrical problems when I get out the car. The door shocks me.The shocks and barons are old and ***** predating the buying of this car. Not only that, they were supposed to send me tags. And plates and never did. Nor can you speak to anyone to resolve the problem

      Markeis,

Our ************** in ********** shows you brought the vehicle into them twice for oil changes and there is no record you informed them of any additional electrical or mechanical issues. Also, they have images of the undercarriage that do not show any rust. However, they will be happy to assist you if you can reach out to them to set up an appointment by calling ************ directly or they can be reached at ************ if you ask to be transferred. As for the tags/license plates, the *********** does not issue new tags or license plates for a new sale and the vehicle left the lot with valid license plates which do not need to be replaced. Please let us know if you have any further questions. We will be happy to help any way we can.

Car had been having multiple issues since purchase. Replaced engine once and still seeing same issues occurring. I am consistently paying my car note and am not even being able to drive the car for long.

      Chardonee,

I apologize you have been experiencing engine issues. Please understand this is a used vehicle and unfortunately, with any used vehicle, there is risk of required repairs. However, as you have seen, we have a very competitive warranty and we were able to get your engine replaced with just a warranty deductible. However, we were informed the new engine we received has a blown head gasket. The shop has agreed to replace your engine again free of charge, and I show your appointment for this is scheduled for today. We hope this will resolve the mechanical issues with the engine on this vehicle moving forward. Please be aware, if the vehicle is not brought back in and it breaks down causing it to be towed back to our shop, we will not be responsible for towing costs. Please confirm with the service center that the vehicle will be dropped off to them as scheduled so we may assist you further. Thank you.

07/13/2023 I have an auto loan with Luckys auto credit. Making the payments isnt an issue but what is, is the shady business practice. Luckys puts starter disables on their vehicles which is their right however I was not even late on a payment and they disabled my car so I couldnt get to urgent care for my bronchitis. Anytime I call I am met with attitude. They also dont report payments properly. They tried to tell me I was a month behind in payments even though I prepaid my loan for the whole month and they again disabled my car. They will also disable it while driving. I lost my job and got unemployment, I received $323 a week. Luckys demanded all of that for the first two weeks I was on unemployment because they claimed I was behind a month like I said previously. Now they still collect $210 every week leaving me with just over a hundred dollars to last for a week and to pay gas and other bills

      *****,

Please be aware you have a two day grace ****** when the account goes past due before the vehicle is disabled. We verified with your device history and the vehicle has never been disabled while the account is current. The account was either 2 or more days past due when we reached out, were unable to get in contact with you, and the device disabled. I show once you paid, we were able to enable the vehicle again. I apologize if you felt our customer service team was rude, that is not our intention at all. We are trying to work with the credit bureaus and the new system we were forced to switch to, so that we can report to credit again. However, we haven't been able to reach compliance to ensure all accounts reflect fully correctly. We hope to resolve this in the future and be able to report again. The vehicle does not shut off while in motion, as a safety feature. It will prevent you from being able to start the vehicle again once disabled and the vehicle is shut off. I show we made arrangements for you to make your payments with your unemployment, and once you provide proof of a new job, we are happy to make new arrangements around that pay schedule. However, we are unable to extend the loan term or lower the payments according to the contracts you signed. Please let us know once you procure new employment and we will work with you to get on track to keep the vehicle enabled. In the meantime, unfortunately the account must be kept current to keep in good standing and also to keep the vehicle enabled as we are unable to refinance accounts in house or move any payments to the end of the loan.

I surrendered a vehicle due to homelessness. The vehicle was worth $5,000 which they auctioned and bought back at a discount. Turned around and are garnishing half my wages claiming. I owe them $17000 more on a $5,000 vehicle. I hope no one else falls victim to their mob like immoral accounting practices.

June 17th I needed to make a payment of $280 to Lucky's Auto Credit. Due to getting pink eye and missing working my check was short. I informed them I couldn't make the payment and asked if I could make a double payment on the 1st. When I spoke to the store I was told to email my doctors note and they would look into it. The first time I got an invalid email so we called back to get the email and sent the note. The store never told Titaium Funds. We got a call from them yesterday saying if we didn't pay $280 they'd shut the car off. We informed them we emailed them and store to the dealer. They said if we couldn't get all those forms emailed in they would shut the car off. I asked if I get them in can I keep my car on they said it's not a guarantee they don't work with anyone.

We apologize you were having issues getting an extension approved. With the contracts signed, the vehicle does disable if the account is past due past the grace period. We can sometimes get extension approved with proper documentation submitted showing a valid reason why the extension is required. I'm showing we received your short paycheck stub, but we informed you we also required something from your employer showing why the check was short so we could verify it was due to illness. We did not receive this letter from your employer in order to have this extension request approved. We were able to enable the vehicle once the account was paid. In the future, if you require an extension, please provide the required documentation for review so we may get this approved for you.

Lucky's auto credit (titanium funds) will continue to charge you even if payments are made. I had made two payments of 115.00 and two payments of 30.00 so that the payment's for the next two weeks. They then charge my card again and advised the refund would be done the same day and should be in my account by the next day. It still has not been voided and still is in a pending transaction. By the time it gets refunded another payment will be due. They have done this to many people. Their warranty is not right and charge way to much for vehicles I'm paying for a salvaged title and they are still ripping me off. I have payments of this for 4 years. I have paid two years on the Tahoe already. My husband Co signed and I'm the one buying it. They are going off of his paycheck and playdate. That's what the guy told me when I bought it. That they are going to go off of his not mine. That's also not fair. Please help me they are ripping me and many people off. Your the only one that can stop them.

********, Titanium Funds has just switched to a new system and there are some issues causing some accounts to reflect as past due when they are not.  Our data team is working hard to correct the accounts. We are working with our customers in making sure the vehicle stays enabled. Please be aware if a payment is voided in our system the same day it is processed, it will not reflect on your bank statement as a refund, it will show as pending temporarily and should drop away the following business day. If we have processed a void and it is not dropping away, please let your bank know so they can reflect it correctly. Fortunately, once your account is reflecting correctly, we now have the option to match a pay schedule. We'll require proof of the pay schedule you would like to set the account up on, and the account to be current, then we can send a form for you and your husband to sign to get the schedule to bill out on the correct pay schedule. If a repair is covered under warranty the deductible is only $100, however, we also have the option of financing repairs that are not covered under warranty and spreading out those payments so it's more manageable to get the car back. To offer financing options the repair cost must be more than $300 and we will require a portion of the repair cost to be paid as a down payment to release the car, as well as the account being current. Please contact us so we may assist you further with all of your concerns. We can be reached at ###-###-####. Our business hours are Monday through Saturday 9:00am-6:00pm. Thank you, we look forward to hearing from you.

I do not accept the response because I noticed there was something else with the vehicle. The brakes kept going out so we decided to look at the rotor it was making a weird noise. When my husband was examining it we were missing half of the original rotor when we bought it. All of the wiring and hoses are being held to get there with zip ties instead of factory bolts. There's tons of broken glass inside of the heater core and the fan so that now does not work.
