I have been living here over a few months since April. Having a very bad experience in the unit, not being clean moving in, especially the insects and bugs, dirt around all windows and doors with water damage. Bad paint and bleeding thru the ceiling and bad water damage in walls needed to be repatched and water dripping in walls. Maintenance is not willing to do anything and with pest control. I am ready to leave if I am still being taking advantage. Pool is not heated or warm enough and spa jets do not work and is not hot enough.

I would currently not recommend that anyone live at ******** Luxury Apartments; what began as an enjoyable place to live has become a nightmare. Cascadia Luxury Apartments and their management company (AMC) dont have residents well-being as a priority. At every turn theyve shifted blame onto other factors to justify the slow pace of repairs, rather than owning responsibility or communicating transparently. This excuse-making has only compounded the stress and damage I have endured. Ive lived here for almost two years, and over the past two months a ceiling leak has persisted uncontrollably

Id leave zero stars if I could. I wrote reviews to help others and they keep deleting it. Income based must mean you have to endure torture if you want cheap rent. Lived here for nearly a decade, management switches every 2-3 months so any complaints, issues, or maintenance needing to be taken care of will all be dismissed once new office staff arrives. Theres a portal for maintenance you put your request in and 3-4 days later (if youre lucky) get a response saying its resolved. Nobodies even stepped foot in your home, we went 4 years without a dishwasher, 3 years with a broken window and you call to remind them and you get to wait even longer. The parking is a joke, you get a elite sticker but they only tow if the plates are out of date, anybody and everybody still parks there so for the people on the lease, if your not home by at least 9 be prepared to walk to your home. For nearly two years we had neighbors who let everybody stay with them, had parties, constant fights, dogs were out of control urinating all over the balconies, my car was keyed twice and our door was kicked in by friends of theses lovely neighbors and nothing was done. I had cameras so I sent MULTIPLE videos and pictures of evidence. Still nothing was done, the violence with these neighbors got so bad we were forced to move out. Cops were called multiple neighbors called and complained about these particular neighbors but still, it wasnt there problem. They dont care about your wellbeing. They dont care about your home, or your safety. But let them mess up by not inputting your rent (cuz it happens almost every month) youll definitely get a response immediately for that tho. Definitely was some discrimination going on here, if you can afford to live elsewhere please trust me its worth it

Ive had a hole in my roof for months, Ive so far gotten bronchitis and the flu during this event. People have come over to fix issues that are reported, that are already fixed, just to comment on the fact they had no idea about the roof. on top of that Ive gotten zero responses as to why we dont have hot water, other then its difficult, but nothing is actually being done to fix the issues.

The ******************************** have been a nightmare experience for my wife and I from the beginning. We have experienced bugs, roaches, noisy neighbors, work orders not completed and multiple lies from office management. Not to mention at the end of our lease overcharged fees and more lies. This place is hearable and office management do not listen the denture any conversation about the tenants. They also have the highest turnover in management.

I live at the ***** on 28th in *******, **. I have been without Toilet's in my apartment for the whole weekend from 8/16/24 to 8/18/24. I have reached out to the office numerous time on the emergency hotline and no one has retuned my call. This is horrible and not right to live in these conditions.

I am writing to formally complain about several issues we experienced while residing at The Enclave Apartments, which have now resulted in a $4500 bill sent to collections and negatively impacting my credit.Firstly, we were never informed that we owed any money upon our departure, and our deposit was never returned. Instead, we were shocked to receive a $4500 bill that was sent to collections without any prior communication or attempts to resolve the matter directly with us.During our tenancy, we encountered a significant safety hazard: a dangerous dog left unattended by a neighbor. Despite making numerous complaints to management about the risk this dog posed to our children, no action was taken. Our children were nearly attacked on multiple occasions, creating a constant state of fear and anxiety.Additionally, we were misled about the apartment's amenities. We were told the apartment had central air conditioning, but it only had a single air conditioning unit in the living room. After the dog incidents, we feared for our children's safety and provided a 30-day notice to vacate the premises. We also faced multiple issues with management's lack of responsiveness. Our calls and emails went unreturned, and our work orders were ignored, further exacerbating our dissatisfaction with the living conditions and management's negligence.Given these circumstances, I find the charges and the handling of our account to be completely unjust.

They buy properties (Enclave at *********** Apts in ***********, ****) and destroy communities. Since the purch the building its gone down hill ( there were murders and drug deals). I sued them for breaching everyones lease ( and unconscionable clauses), they retaliated with a lease nonrenewal. At 1st I wanted to stay( I grew up with stability and I dont move alot. Thats only reason). I dont know why the mensas thought they were punishing me when the only thing good about their building is the school district. Their ***** retaliation turned out to be a blessing in disguise, I puuchased a place in the same school district. Now I get to grill on my back porch and pay no forced cable, instead of worrying about what drug dealers or murders this horrible landlord ( AMC ) will move in next. The manager ***** isnt too bright( towards the end that thing attempted to deny accepting our rent and keys. Due to the fact shes not intelligent her tactics were unsuccessful. My family and I are glad to be gone.

We have rented from Turnberry apartments, under management from AMC since February 2022. This is the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. They have given us two eviction notices, one for being three days late in paying rent (I was out of town, I accept fault for this as it is stated in the rental agreement, although a phone call would have resolved the issue, instead we were charged a $20 notice delivery fee to put the paper on our door) the second was for not paying the pet rent ALTHOUGH the amount in the contract was different from the amount stated by the rental agent. While we were waiting for an email response to clarify (the office was closed for the weekend), there was an additional eviction notice placed on the door. Again a simple phone call would have resolved the issue. The office is generally not able to respond to phone calls or return calls even if you leave a voice message. The anmenities were unavailable for most of the summer despite promises stating otherwise during move-in and the hot tub still remains unavailable, again a despite promises stating otherwise. There is constantly trash around the grounds, including from random people that will place it in the valet trash cans that is unbagged and so not collected. Expect many forced fees including for the washer and dryer, internet, parking, and so-called valet trash, making this complex much more expensive than it first appears. There is a lack of parking in the winter, so a guest of ours, who parked in a snow plow spot, was forced to pay a $400 towing fee, despite a low in the 40s and zero chance of snow. The maintenance man entered the apartment with no prior warning from the office while my two female roommates were asleep (they work graveyard shifts so are sleeping during the day), making them feel extremely unsafe living here. Finally, when we were confronted with noisy roommates, there is no option for noise complaints, so we were told the following day to file a police report.

There are no repercussions on an office or corporate level here. The location I work is filled with employees who are flirting when they don't think residents can see them. They straighten up when they see someone.People here talk, and we're all worried how the service requests are closed without any actual confirmation or check-in, how the complex lights have been out for a whole year, how there are fugitives and current criminals living at the complex. The office denied all the criminal activity, until the cops raided a unit. The neighbors found out from the cops that these units are being rented out from corporations, and the residents don't have to go through any screening or background checks, since the corporations pay for them whether or not someone lives there. The local police officers are at the complex multiple times a week and know their way around this 450 unit complex. There are usually two police cars at a time (for backup). The buildings only have an ** unit in the bedroom, since the contractor just installed heating. The ** button is there, but it just circulates air, which overheats some people and pets living in the unit. There was one maintenance guy who the residents loved, since he was the only one getting things done and doing repairs. He left shortly after he came here. We're all very sad he left. All of this is coming from at least 8 neighbors from different buildings. The staff only cleans up when management is supposed to visit, and make up policies that aren't listed in the contract. Gotta love it.Personally, I've emailed and texted the staff three times over the course of the past three months. I also left voicemails, and left a handwritten note through the office door. I've asked for confirmation of my communication no avail. They stopped responding to me when I literally walked to the office to explain all that I explained just now. I assumed they didn't know. From their response, I could say they didn't care. This is in ****.
