      It has taken me months to find an in network provider that did not have a ridiculously long waiting period. I reached out for help after a few months of stalemate. Someone from their chat said they would help me find a provider and schedule my appointment on my behalf. They called me and said they made an appointment for a specific day with a provider over 2 hours away. When I called the provider to cancel my appointment they informed there was no appointment scheduled under my name or birthday. I reacehed out again over the phone and supposedly someone has made an appointment for 12/15 but I'm fully prepared for there to be no appointment or to learn this provider is out of network. I used a service provided by the insurance company to find a mental heatlh provider and come to find out the person they referred me to isn't even in their network. We pay for insurance we cannot easily use. This company is a scam.

      I was sick with pain and a fever of 102. I went to a BCBS approved provider urgent care. I later get a bill from a lab they will not pay any part of! They state it is the patient responsibility to know and direct what lab my specimen is sent to - even though it is their contracted provider.No place on our insurance card is there a note about calling about getting an approved lab.I later called the Dr ****** and the nurses did not know where the specimen went.This is aggressions, non-sensical and unreasonable!!

      I deal with insurance companies all day long. These guys are the worst!!! No one knows who you need to talk to to get answers. I was on the phone for over 90 minutes getting transferred. They truly do not care about their patients treatment or care!! Everyone in the customer service department apologizes as they transfer you to another wrong phone number. No one cares enough to really help. DO NOT get insurance through this company!!!!

      I really thought Regence BC/BS was the right insurance choice when I purchased it for my wife and I. The main reason for the purchase was to be able to provide care for my wife who severely injured her spine. Waiting for approvals and appeals of denials is getting old at this point. Evicor is also to blame. All the proof is there of her injury and the severe pain she has, and the treatment she needs, only to have to deal with the typical red tape, pass the ************* you can expect from an insurance company. I am so sorry I ever chose this company that I pay $1,400 a month to and have to watch my wife live with unbearable pain that BC/BS, if they cared at all, can help her live somewhat of a normal life. I will do whatever it takes to spread the word to NOT give your hard earned money to these lowlifes.

      If I could leave a zero star review I would - absolutely a complete joke. Called to triple check that an urgent care was in-network after using their system to find the facility, only to be billed out-of-network for 100% of the lab work because they didn't cover that lab and I didn't ask specifically if that lab was covered. Absolutely horrible. Our company has since switched insurance providers.

      Does not work for customers. Dead end in trying to get an approval for a medically necessary surgery. **************** has no ability to contact any department within the organization. Its now been 4 months. This company required Physical Therapy which created additional pain for a skeletal deterioration.
