      I'm trying to enroll and none is answering me I sent my high school transcripts in already but I have no clue if I got in what else I need to send

      As a school we are limited by the information we can provide due to compliance regulations. We can state that ********* **** initially filled out a lead form on August 2, 2023 at 8:25pm EST after business hours. On the following day August 3, 2023 at 4:01pm EST and within less than 24 hours we contacted her and left a voicemail. We called again on August 4, 2023 at 11:14am EST and there was no answer. We called again on August 4, 2023 at 12:44pm EST and were unsuccessful it connecting. We use Salesforce as our CRM and these activities are all documented within her record on our systems through our dialer. Ms. **** did indeed provide us documentation through our online application on both August 4 at 1:28pm EST and again on August 7 at 7:28am EST. All of her documentation is saved in our system and we do have it. As of Tuesday, August 8 we did have multiple conversations with her. We have been in contact with her via text and email. It does appear that sometimes Ms. **** was trying to call our texting number and was getting confused when she was unable to get through. We are continuing to work with and support Ms. ****. Please let us know if any other documentation is needed. Thank you.

      Nobody will answer any questions through text, email, or phone. My son and I have been trying to get some answers but we can't get any responses. He earned enough credits to graduate, but they told him he still needed 20 credits to get a diploma. He is a senior and only needed a few extra class credits to graduate on time. They say this program is work at your own pace to graduate and that is 100% a lie! My son was told he was working too fast and needed to slow down. They wanted him to stay in the program for several more months. I found out that the in person school he was going to before is paying them for his attendance. This program is about nothing other than making money. They don't care at all about the future of the kids that are trying to earn a diploma.

According to our system, which documents each incoming and outgoing interaction, we can see that we have made multiple attempts to contact your son through various modalities, many of which you were included on with no response. 


      Our records from the school district do not align with your statements, and we would be happy to discuss this further as we cannot disclose anything here publicly due to privacy laws. Our program is flexible in that students can log in at any time from anywhere to complete their course work. However, there are monthly completion requirements to ensure that students stay on track. We have reached out to your school district to share your message, and our manager will be reaching out via phone to try and address your concerns and learn more about where the disconnect is occurring.
