Is there a zero star? The sold ** contract the dragged their feet and put on panels. Wired it wrong and went out of business. Left us high and dry.Review from Debra M

This company just filed for bankruptcy!! They took my money and never finished my install. With a thirty year warranty that will not be filled, outrageous! And here the *********************** gives it an A plus rating. Disgusting!!Review from Robert G.

WARNING: DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS with Ionix Smart Solutions to buy solar panels or a solar system for your home. They get your loan funded immediately and are all gung-ho to keep in contact with you and get your panels on your roof and wiring installed. After that, they do not contact you back after attempting to reach them. They also lied to me and said they would take care of the interest I was being charged from Goodleap who funded the loan. The sales rep I was working with blocked me from contacting him on his IPhone. I have an IPhone too, and if you do, you know how thats done. My solar panels and system was installed on 10-31-2022, and it is still not usable today, February 14, 2023. Ionix takes way too long to get this system working for you, and Im paying on the loan already. Also, I was told by my sales person, ****** Blue, he was going to provide and pay me a referral fee of $400.00. He is the one who blocked me from contacting him on his IPhone. Two of my friends that purchased solar systems from Ionix have the same issues with this company I am having. Use another company to purchase a solar system for your home. DO NOT USE Ionix Solar Solutions based out of ***************, **.Review from Wayne N

Do not use this company for solar. I have panels falling off my roof only 8 or 9 panels working out of the 20. They installed a 40 amp breaker when it called for a 50 amp which blew the breaker and shut off a freezer full of a new half beef.Review from Benjamin J

We have been under contract for with Ionix 7 months so far. Still not hooked up to our panels. Power bills still coming. About to make our 3rd payment on the panels to the finance company. Was promised in November that after 3 days filing with the power company, that our meter would be approved and installed before the end of the year. After several attempts to get this resolved with Ionix and the power company, all we get are I dunno's or promises that aren't followed through. Regretting signing the contracts with Ionix and the finance company.Review from TRL L

Ionix Smart Solutions is a great company to work with from point of sale to completed installation of a solar panel system. They completed the site survey, applied for city permits and met every date they promised when installing the system. They used quality products, panels etc. as quoted. Great people to work with from start to finish.When the system was finished and producing power, it was late in the month of November. From that point through February, the days were cloudy, short days in time and very minimal solar production. In March the days started getting longer and a lot less cloud cover, our production started coming up. We were excited to start producing at a pace that exceeded our grid usage. As the days of summer continued to get longer and hotter, our usage of course started to increase. No worries, our system was designed to over produce by 114% by their design. Where Ionix Smart Solutions really, really failed us was, we have never nor will we ever reach the 114% they promised and sold to us. We are very disappointed in this aspect of our system. Going forward, we will always have a ******************** **** unless we add more money and solar panels to our roof. The cost to do that is not affordable. It should have been done the first time when the home was originally surveyed. We were sold an UNDERSIZED system. Had they bid the size of system that we needed in relation to our power bills, we would not have purchased solar because the *** was not sufficient. We are sad that we trusted and allowed Ionix to take advantage of us in this regard. This takes our total faith away from solar companies now and in the future. We have reached out to the owner and the salesman that sold us the system. We have heard nothing back from either party. We are very disappointed that they will not even talk to us and make any effort to make this right.Customer Response

I was approached by the person I hired to clean my windows to try these solar panels. I found out that he was also a slaesman for this company. I asked several times if I could cancel anytime without a fee. I was told yes that I could cancel up to the time they were ready to put on the panels for no charge. I thought about it over the weekend and decided against getting solar panels. I was going to call Ionix when they called me to schedule a time to come over and look at my roof. I told their agent that I was canceling my order. I tried to call them again to double check my cancellation went through but was never able to talk with someone. The answering machine just said no one was available or it was after hours. I received an email stating that if I had canceled within the first 7 days it was free after that there was a STEEP charge. I received the email over 14 days after I the original cancellation. The email states I owe $2,000. I guess I'll be working on that now. If this is the way they conduct business I am very glad I canceled my order.Review from Douglas M

Would give zero stars if I could. Sales Rep *** told when we signed up he would reach out to us at least once a week. He has NEVER called, I always have to call. No one gives you a date or time of when they will be there to install. I was told by *** that it would be one month and at the most two months. We signed ** in March and we still do not have a complete working system. The office is supposed to be open 9 to 5 however they are rarely there. Last week they put the solar panels on and said the electrician would finish the job on Friday. Then **** their ******* said he would be there this Wednesday instead. Having heard nothing from anyone for a week I texted **** and he said they had fired the electrician and they would try to get their ************** electrician up here, no eta though. The use a separate company for the animal cages on the solar panels but was told by ************* is unreliable and had no idea when that will get done. Had I not contacted **** about the electrician we would have waited all day for a no show. This company is the biggest joke I have ever dealt with. A WORD TO THE WISE, DO NOT USE THEM OR YOU WILL BE SORRY.Review from Brad B
