Solar panels never worked properly for over 2 years an the company has never fix the panels. Ionix Smart Solutions took $31000.00 of our money and ran away. We now have a roof that can not support the panels and a system that is shorting out our home electrical system that is becoming a fire hazard. the company is in bankruptcy and has refused to do anything since our install. I wish to be placed on the list of Bankruptcy debt list for the removal of the non-working solar panels, the fixing and replacement of our electrical box and replacement of our roof and repayment of the loan we took out for the solar panels that never worked rightInitial Complaint

Was approved for financing of solar panels through Ionix Smart Solutions Sept. 2022. It wasn't until the end of January that the panels were installed. It is now March and we are still waiting for an inspection to be conducted. An Inspector did come out but they had said that they needed a representative from the company so they can see the plans and turn on the power. I have tried numerous of times to get in contact with the company and all I ever get is voicemail. I have even had the person that sold us the solar panels try and get in touch with the company and they stated they are not able to get in touch with anyone as well. I have to start paying on these solar panels in April and now I'm going to have to pay for something I can't use.Initial Complaint

Signed a contract for solar panels and a 22k back up generator in July 2022. Contract stated once installation began that it would be completed in 30 days. After numerous delays (due mostly to personnel issues not supply chain issues the system went online producing the first week of Feb 2023. Company has still not provided a tech person to set up the app and do a final inspection . I installed the app myself and one micro inverter is not producing. This has been one delay after another and I paid the full price prior to completion.Initial Complaint

June 2022 Wasnt hooked up till Sept 14, 2022 Has the incorrect solar panels, cant use the **** due to incorrect information they applied. In contract theres a warranty that was not given to us. Cant get anyone to take of these problems and its now Jan 25, 2023Business response

I called ****** and talked a lot about her system and some of the problems she is having. She did confess that she wasn't sure if the system is working. I told her our trials of keeping good employees on staff and that we will do what we can to find a good sub contractor to see if they can test the system and insure it is in good working order. I'm also going to call Enphase (the solar equipment company) to see if we can troubleshot over the phone. We are also sending her, her install agreement to which contains the warranty information.

June of 2022, purchased a solar system from Ionix. It was partially installed in June but had to be inspected prior to be completed and turned on! Was inspected the last week in August and a few days after the inspection DMEA came out and installed a dual meter! I have called several times to Ionix to get an answer as to when the install will be completed! I can not get an update or answer from anyone at Ionix! The loan was set up through Ionix and I have made 2 payments to the loan provider! The system is useless until they complete the install!Business response

**** *******'s solar system was fully installed and operational on Sept 28th. we have since been in contact with him and provided him with the necessary information to monitor his system. I purchased solar panels from this company and I can not get them to complete the work. They installed the panels but have not upgraded my electrical panel to get them connected so they are just sitting there useless. In the meantime, I started making payments for a product I can't even use. I have left voice messages and sent text messages and they have stopped responding.Business response
