      most bottles do not have 90 capsules . that only have 87 or 88

      I didn't authorize these people to continue to try and debit my account . I do not want anymore of this product but yet they try to force me to reorder . Do not order anything from this company

      **************** is nonexistent. No communication of subscription renewal. My renewal was processed on 1/18. It also had an added pack which I don't need but was charged for - the total came to nearly $200. I chatted in to their support on 1/8. The order was still unfulfilled requesting a refund and cancellation and received no response. I chatted in again after not hearing anything on 1/21. The agent seemed to now understand the issue, and eventually offered to submit the chat as a "return ticket" and someone would reach out to resolve the issue.... Still nothing. It's too bad. The products are actually decent. The lack of concern for their customers is atrocious. I can't justify maintaining an account.

      I cancelled my subscription in October, they sent me an email asking why and I told them it was too expensive and I couldnt afford ***** November they charged me again and sent the product. I refused it and sent it back asking for my refund. Since then they have ignored all my emails and I have not heard anything.I just want my $73.34 refunded.

      Bought their product for six months but 7th month when I order it, it came, I opened it and the ell.was bad. I called them to tell them that and I got a return phone on my message machine that they do not give money back except for the first month. This was a totally different situation and not asking me to return it so they could see what I was talking about. VERY disappointing. I did cancel my further orders!!!

      Placed an order,never received the free powder as advertised on TV. Took both veggie and fruit tablets x 30 days. Noticed zero health improvement.The TV ads should be removed forever, as they are paying individuals to lie to the general public.The business office and maybe the processing plant are located in ************* where monogamy is a common lifestyle.

      So the first of every month bouncing nature takes 6999 and they took it twice April 29 and then when I went to go talk to the supervisor he didn't even work with me on this he basically said everything was fine and I and it wasn't and that's why I'm filing this complaint violated me by taking the money twice of 6999 and I want them to let them know that they can't do this

      When placing my first order I asked the representative to please not ship any more product or charge the credit card unless j call to order again ,, the representative assured me this would not happen ,, well It did happen and my credit card was charged and I no longer want the product

      Balance of Nature has a way to put your account on hold till you take it off, so I was lead to believe. Without notice I discovered a pending draft by Balance of Nature from my bank account. I immediately contacted them on 02/11 to stop the action. A couple days later the payment went through and was taken out of my account. I contacted my bank about this withdrawal and waited to hear back. The bank said all I could do was wait and return the merchandise when it arrived. I contacted Balance of Nature back about this issue and was told it had been shipped. I told them I didn't have a tracking number or anything, I was just out of 109 and no tracking number that it had been shipped. At that time they supplied a tracking number that still shows item has not been recieved for shipping. I thought I could trust this company but have found I can. At this time 2/16 I have not recieved my money back and item still stands as not shipped.

      I wanted to cancel my subscription as the product makes my stomach uncomfortable. The website is designed to not allow you to do this. I can not remove my credit card information or address. It does not show the Manage my Subscription button on my end; however, all the online information says that is how to change or cancel something. I have reached out to them about this and have not gotten a satisfactory answer.
