    We purchased a table from GreatFurnitureDeals.com September 2nd 2022. We received an email that it had shipped on September 22nd. The table was delivered on October 7th, however, the delivery team came to the door to inform us that they only had half of the top because apparently the other half was broken in transit. I called GreatFurnitureDeals.com and spoke to Katy before accepting the partial delivery. She assured me that if we would accept the table she would get a replacement top out ASAP. We are now 3 1/2 months with a table sitting in our home THAT WAS PAID IN FULL ON SEPTEMBER 2, 2022 AT TIME OF ORDER. I have chased this company for months to get this missing top. We were contacted on December 20th and told the new top would be delivered that day. Later we received a call saying that the top was (again) broken and would not be delivered. GreatFurnitureDeals.com has done NOTHING to make this right. We have called and emailed countless times to get the same answers...."it is shipping on ____ date" that date comes and goes. Then I am told it is out of stock and will be back in stock the end of the year. That comes and goes. I call/email again.....I'm told on January 6th that it "SHOULD "be available next week." That comes and goes and then I am told it is still overseas and it should be ready to ship [from California] the THIRD WEEK OF February. We have lost any and all confidence that we are being told the truth by this company and have demanded they pick up the table and refund our money in full. Today we were told they will not refund our money. To say the least, we are INFURIATED that we have paid for a piece of table with HALF THE TOP MISSING and this company continues to lie to us about a resolution.

    Unfortunately, the original top was damaged by the delivery team. The replacement top was on backorder and the customer was made aware it was going to take longer to get it.

    He received his replacement top on 2/7/2023.  We had not heard anything else back from him and he accepted the delivery of the items.
