This dealership listed multiple listings for a 2020 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon Unlimited with a price of $27,250. Even on their website it says there’s a $30k discount on MSRP. But they would not sell it to me at the price. This is a great example of false advertising and being dishonest, which is not something you would want from a dealership. What an unprofessional dealership.Initial Complaint

I brought my 2003 Toyota Tundra in for a diagnostic service of the heater. Sierra E****** was the service advisor. The service department claims the issue was caused by a missing hose clamp on the heater control valve. However I had just had the heater control valve replaced and have photographic evidence that the clamp was installed before going to the dealership. They then refused to release my vehicle until the $134.31 shop diagnostic fee was paid.Initial Complaint

My 2005 Toyota Sequoia was totaled by an elk at Flaming Gorge UT. I had no way to go anywhere from the lake and had to purchase a vehicle remotely. I found a 2008 Sequoia online at Tony Divino Toyota and called their salesman "Jason", inquiring about the condition. Jason reviewed the vehicle and told me it was in great shape, the only issue was a "scuff" on the rear bumper, and that all vehicles there went through a 160pt quality check before being sold. Based upon this, I purchased the vehicle sight unseen and it was delivered to me. Immediately on the drive home I noticed peculiar shift patterns(I am a mechanical engineer), and then the transmission completely failed. In addition, my mechanic found a bad battery, missing spoiler(mounting holes taped over with duct tape), failed shocks, bad brakes, and many other issues resulting in approximately $10,000 in needed repairs. This vehicle should have been wholesaled. I was defrauded and have ask for assistance. They denied.
