Re: Order # ************************ for Lane Stallion Big Man Recliner: I ordered a rocker/recliner from this business online on February 24, 2021. I have since contacted the business via email several times requesting an update on my order. I was promised the chair in 12 weeks but it's now been 16 weeks and the business has stopped responding to my requests for updates. The chair cost $1,500.Business response

Customer did order a recliner from us on February 24th 2021. The estimated date for shipping was 4-14 weeks. Due to unforeseen circumstances, Lane has still been unable to produce the chair. They have to run at a lower capacity due to COVID-19 and in addition to that are having trouble getting the electrical and foam parts needed to run full production. Customer sent emails that were missed, but never made a phone call to inquire the status. I have refunded his full purchase amount of $1599 as of today, July 13th, 2021.Customer response
