On 3/14/2023, I purchased: kriskrohn triple threat toolkit, for $997.00 I paid with my credit card. I was waiting on the mail for the package, and never came in, I call them and I asked where is my package, they said is not coming, the toolkit is all on line items. So I I'm not good at computers and I told them this is not what I was thinking it was, so I m not interested on this toolkit. I want my money refund to me or my credit card. They say their policy is only fir 3 day after the purchase. With I don't see it. They say money back guarantee if I was not satisfied. Wich I m not. Computer business is not my thing. I tough this toolkit was on real books and dvds as they look on their abretisment. They say will not refund my money.. I m not going to use the tool kit because I m not interested on computer business. Would please help me resolve this matter, so I can get my refund back. Thank you so much. I had a insulting and degrading experience with Kris K**** and his team, who I believe to be engaging in deceptive practices. I was contacted by a representative about their real estate course, and since I had some experience in the field, I thought it would be a good idea to invest in the program. However, after signing up, my mentor ghosted me and never returned any of my messages. Kris K****'s team has been known to use a variety of tactics to sell their real estate course, including "buttering up" potential customers to make them feel more inclined to buy. Sales representatives may promise a full mentorship and open communication, as in your case, only to fall short on these promises after purchase. In addition to these promises, they may use high-pressure sales tactics to convince customers to buy the course quickly, often implying that there is a limited time offer or that the price will increase soon. They may also offer incentives, such as free bonus materials or access to exclusive events, to sweeten the deal. Unfortunately, as in your case, customers have reported that once they purchase the course, the promised mentorship and support often fail to materialize. Mentors may ghost their clients, failing to respond to messages or provide the promised guidance and support. When customers request a refund, they may be met with resistance, and the promised money-back guarantee may not be honored. Since then, I have been bombarded with scam calls, emails, and text messages from Kris K****'s team. It has been an incredibly frustrating experience, and I want to warn others about their tactics.Initial Complaint

Hello, the date of the transactions was June 30 2022 for the amount of $997.00. I purchase a packaged name Recession-proof American dream bundle with an 100% money back guarantee. I started reading and listing to the material in the bundle on July 1st. Which is when I notice that the program was a con. Because you needed to purchase another program within the program. So I immediately ask for my money back and I received an email from there support team starting I had to finish the whole program before being considered for a refund. So then I responded that they had the 100% money back guarantee. Then they said that I didn't qualify for a refund because I didn't attend a live event. Basically they just kept on adding excuses as to why I did not qualify for the 100% money back guarantee. They took my money and have not refunded me for this program. The bundle did not provide the knowledge I was expecting because I need to make another purchase to get access. I requested my full refund within less than 48 hours of purchasing the bundle.Initial Complaint

On the 1st of July I purchased a program (it’s like a real estate mentoring, something like that). I was supposed to receive some digital products just minutes after I made the payment. Unfortunately, I did not get anything. After a few days of waiting, I emailed their support team to cancel my purchase and requested a refund. Until today, September 22nd, I haven’t received a refund and I don’t know where it stand. I called them several times but they never responded. I emailed them a few times, too, but didn’t get any clear response. I hope you could help me settle this issue.Initial Complaint

I purchased the program in Oct 2021. I did this without really thinking it through and realizing how much time I would have to put into the program. I am active duty military and currently on deployment. When I realized I wasn't going to have the time and learned my deployment had been extended, I reached out to the company with the help of my mom since I have limited communication. Once they learned I wanted to cancel, communication became scarce. I was sent to a customer service number who then referred me to email. I have jumped through all their hoops and have gotten nowhere. Email does not reply, phone calls are not answered and then there is no option to leave a message because the mailbox is full. When I contacted them by phone once again because my email had not been answered, the lady was no help at all and she just told me sorry they can't do anything about it. And then very oddly, I receive an email answer that I had been waiting on for weeks. There is no customer service at all and no one willing to help in any way. I see others paid smaller amounts, I am out $1600.00 and I am on a small income as military does not pay well at all. I feel like my extreme circumstances need to be considered in this situation.Initial Complaint

July 1, 2021, I purchased what was supposed to be a work-from-home business opportunity program that would train people how to make money brokering home improvement and real estate as a side hustle. I was told I could cancel for a full refund if I canceled within three business days. I called, sent emails and texted to cancel and request my refund. This is when the nightmare of KRIS K**** companies began. I was told by the sales rep, Zion, and the so-called manager, Denise that they received my request and it would be taken care of. Then they gave me empty promises and the run around for weeks. They emailed all of their bogus training materials to me anyway and gave my information to other companies to hound me with their sales pitches. They acted as if I had not canceled. I contacted my credit card company to have the charges reversed. KRIS K**** and his people LIED and said that I utilized ALL their training and that I never canceled or requested a refund. FRAUD, UNETHICAL
