Before Revere Health, I have never failed to pay a single medical bill in my life. Revere Health almost never sends medical bills. They constantly have issues with giving the correct information to insurance to get claims accepted. Then they send bills to Mountain Land Collections often without you seeing a bill or a having single conversation. After that Mountain Land Collections won't fix any of the mistakes when it wasn't run through insurance. Mountain Land Collections sued me for a petty $360 that I didn't owe and sneakily got a judgment on default against me for $1,100. Their entire billing process is disorganized and criminal. They cheat honest and responsible people. They may have stolen my money this time, but I am not going to give them my business. I will do all I can to avoid visiting Revere Health in the future.Review from Samuel B

They keep harassing me about a $30 dollar bill that "is due" that I already paid weeks ago! This company cannot keep track of their own billing.Review from Chelsa B

Was served notice to appear in court 2/2024. For a bill that was paid in full in October of 2023. When I called to talk to someone about it they were very rude and said I should have paid the collections company. How was I to know that the 338 dollar payment was sitting as a credit on my account and not actually applied to a bill.Review from Amber A

If I could give their billing zero stars I would. We moved from our previous home 11 years ago. That is not a typo- seriously 11 years ago. I have updated my address every time I have gone into the doctor and double checked it at the office that it is the new address. For some reason they still send bills to our old address. I have called billing and updated my address multiple times over the years, but for some reason bills are still sent to my old address. Because of this we never get the bill. Than my bills are passed onto collections and we never get those notices because it is the wrong address!! Over the years I have learned to be extra careful to watch for their bills. When I don't see them come in I go back into the office and get a number to talk to billing. Even thou the office says if you don't get a bill it means you don't owe anything I know from my EOB that is false and I know to call. This is a repeated cycle with them on multiple bills. it is infuriating. They refuse to accept that they are using the wrong address and that there is at the very least a glitch in their system they need to resolve it. I have kept detailed notes so thankfully we have them to back up our claims and will take legal action if this ever shows up on our credit. Thankfully one day the new owners of our old home brought over some of the bills so we can actually prove it was not going to the correct address. So many of the stories on here I can relate to we have had very similar problems. Feel bad for the people who have had their credit damaged by this company. It's wrong. If this would allow me to leave a more detailed experience I would. All I can say to others is always follow-up, document document document and know that you can request your recorded phone calls with them and collection agencies. Your credit score is so important and it is so frustrating to have it damaged wrongfully. It's hard to get credit dings reversed so have documentation ready.Review from Abigail S

I have always loved the staff and doctors at Revere Health clinic in ***. But their billing department commits absolute FRAUD. I went for my yearly visit in early May. I asked numerous times if there was a balance due, was told no. I was told any other charges I receive would be through my insurance and they would **** me for any amount owed. I received that **** through my insurance, in early June, I paid that ****. I went for a COVID PCR test in late July, asked again if there was anything owed on my account, was told no, the cost of the test was covered by my insurance. Now all the way in the middle of AUGUST they sent me a ****, for the visit all the way back in May, claiming I owe nearly $100 for the visit. The same visit I asked about and was told I didnt have a balance on numerous times by numerous employees. I told them I have already paid for that visit through my insurance, and have an itemized **** from my insurance listing the exact same charges on the **** they just sent me. So they are purposefully double charging me for visits. This is not the first time, I always pay in office, out of pocket. Then they send a **** saying I owe hundreds of dollars more and also don't get the in office discount for any of that. And even when you show them the proof that you have paid it, they send it to collections to ruin your credit. They rely on people just paying for it without realizing they are double and triple charging you for the same visit. FRAUD.Review from RleeListon

Revere and ******* ****** ****** If you want timely care or a service that Revere health cannot bill for immediately, do NOT go to Revere Health. Employees of Revere Health DO NO care about satisfying you, maybe some of their doctors do, but for the most part, Revere's staff does not care about you. --- I got a blood test done by ******* in Sandy, part of the Revere System, a day before I was to see my doctor in American Fork, The ******* office manager said she would send the results to the AF clinic the same day. When I arrived for my meeting the next day, the report was not there. I asked the office manager, of their Internal Medicine Clinic to look for it, and she said it was not there. I asked her to call the Lab, and she refused, saying it was not part of her job. As a result, I suffered major discomfort and pain waiting on the lab results for the next 11 days. Neither my doctor nor I have received these results, even after 11 days—after promised same-day delivery. After 10 days, I remembered having similar symptoms 25 years before, and what cured them. I took the same medicine as I had, an over-the-counter medicine, and it cured my painful symptoms. ******* brags about offering high-tech solutions, but still uses the postal service and faxes to deliver results. They will spend thousands of dollars on test equipment, but nothing to improve the delivery of their results, even to reduce patient’s pain or discomfort. They flatly refuse to email the results. Apparently ******* does not care about you, especially if you need ANYTHING done out that is even slightly out of the ordinary. Revere has a similar pattern; if they can’t bill for a service, even a minor request, it simply won’t happen, unless you make it more painful for them to ignore you rather than deliver what they promised. This however, takes time, time that patients are in discomfort or pain. -- I had a burning mouth problem, which a Revere ENT treated with a prescription. When it ran out, they took 10 days to OK a refill—ten days of my mouth burning in pain. Revere’s office manager said they had sent an Ok to the pharmacy but the pharmacy said they had gotten nothing, five days in a row. I was able to get a refill only after having a conference call with both the pharmacy and the doctor’s nurse on the line, which took an hour to set up and conduct. The doctor’s nurse finally said she would send “another” approval to the pharmacy, when the doctor returned in 5 days. I said that if I did not get the approval that day, I would tell the world just how uncaring their patient care actually is. That day, they found a doctor outside the clinic to approve the refill. In short, if you need anything done even slightly out of what Revere Health or ******* does on a routine basis, DO NOT count on it happening, especially if Revere can’t bill for it, immediately. Their system is set up to manage immediately billable, routine services, delivered according to THEIR routines. They care first about making money and doing only what they have to. Based on ten years of receiving their care, I have learned this; they do not care about you, in the slightest. Their mission is simply making money, as fast as possible and at their lowest cost.
