    I placed an order and have reached out several times about my shipment never being packaged or delivered. I want my money back but no one in customer service responds to me. Absolutely a scam do not shop there

    I believe the owner has spoken to you as well but I wanted to reach out and let you know that we have sold out of the Penny dress, but a restock should be in by Friday. If the restock does not come in by Friday we will be refunding your order. I did respond to your email. I'm sorry it was a delayed response. Please reach out if you have any other questions or concerns. We have received your messages and will do our best on our part to make this right.

    I bought a swimsuit and tried it on in the bedroom it didn't fit. I contacted DM fashion to return it. They approved it but said I have to mail it back. No problem but they didn't give me a shipping label or address or how it works or anything! They aren't responding to my messages!
    I have bought from them and my sisters at least three swimsuits before 2020 and loved them, This is the first time it didn't fit. I think they made the tops shorter then in the past.
    I want a refund or an exchange as it was $104 which is a lot of money for me as I have 6 little children to care for. Not sure I will buy from them again.

    Dear Better Business Beauru, ********* purchased 3 bathing suits of January 11th, 2019 which were final sale items. And then she made another purchase on April 18th, 2024 for a swim top and swim bottom. We received an email from ********* on Customer Support on April 7th. ****************************************************************** Cherry Red Gingham and informed her and said it is not on our agenda to restock this year. We have checked other communications with ********************************* and we have no other complaints or concerns concerning her order. This is the first we have heard of it and we would be happy to help her exchange her top as she got a jUnor size which is shorter than our women's length. We are not sure about any other issue as our quality is A+. We would be happy to exchange it and minus shipping for her return and would have to speak with her since she is over the return window. She needs to reach out to us in 2-3 business days at Customersupport@diviinemodestee.com.

    Requested refund or exchange on 2/14/24....store credit was approved on 2/14/24. Per DM Fashion's policy, we are to mail the clothing back to receive store credit. Dress was mailed back on 2/15/24 and was delivered to the address on 2/20/24. As of today, 2/29/24, they have not returned my emails, my messages on Facebook, my messages on the approved return for store credit. Total scam...not only am I out the dress, but they have kept my money. That's theft.

    I purchased a couple dresses from this company and the first arrived and did not fit. When I went to inquire about a return, they only offer store credit. I did not feel this was adequately displayed on their page and I would not have taken the risk otherwise. I contacted the company and explained that I was devastated that I lost all that money- I was only purchasing dresses from different companies to try on to see if one would work- but never intended to keep all the dresses I was purchasing- just the one that I liked best. I asked them respectfully for a refund and they are refusing. Their customer service is horrendous and I would not recommend doing any business with them... unless you like throwing away money.

    On Nov 28 2022 I purchased 2 dresses as a guest on their web site. I returned 1 dress and would receive a credit. I know I received an email- but it got deleted. I Have tried to contact the company on their face book page and through email to order a swim suit to use my credit- But I have no way to get the info I need to use the credit. there phone number tells you its a full mail box and I have no response for the email and FB post.
    I would like to use the credit I should have. Or they can send me my money for the dress I returned.

    Hello,
    I purchased 3 dresses on Monday Nov 28th, 2022. This was a "cyber monday", and I paid full price for 2 out of 3 dresses.
    Dress 1: $79.00,(excluded from any sale offer)
    Dress 2: $89.00, (this dress was part of Buy one Get one 50% off)
    Dress 3: 19:20 (the dress I got 50% off) .
    Upon checking out , there was not a visible notice that all these dresses were "final sale", if so I would not have purchased these items. Buying clothing online is very difficult, and companies should expect returns for clothing items. When I requested to return my items, they DENIED the request, saying because it was a sale they do not allow for returns. Well, ok even though I disagree with this, because all stores have "cyber monday" sales, (they are not special for having a sale) and it was not a clearance item, I still paid FULL PRICE for two of the dresses. So, what "sale" are they talking about. If they don't want to allow the return on the one I paid half price for then OK, but to not allow it on the full price items is robbery. This is my complaint. Thank You
