If you purchase an over-the-counter product and are not satisfied with it, we will take the unused product back and promptly refund 100% of your purchase price within 30 days of purchase if it returned to us in unused and salable condition. You are responsible for any return shipping expense.
The following items may not be returned under any circumstances:
Used (wet) filter cartridges.
Chlorine pellets or other chemicals.
Filter/resin media that has been opened.
Whole house reverse osmosis systems and accessories.
Special-ordered parts.
Certain large products like whole-house filters, chemical feed pumps, chlorinators, water softeners, and conditioners cannot be returned if they have been used. If unused and in the manufacturer's original packaging, they may be returned at the customer's expense within thirty days of receipt, but a restocking fee of 30% will apply.- Business Categories
