      I had a carport installed in November of 2019 and the roofing is failing. Its cracking and getting holes in it.

      I contracted with the company on May 14, 2021 to put siding on my existing carport. As of today, Dec. 15, 2021 they have failed to complete the project. During this time they started scheduling me in September to complete the job. Three times I've been out on the schedule, and the installers do not show up. Twice I've been told I'll be contacted by the installer when they are coming my way. The job is still not complete after 7 months. The company rarely returns emails and now they might have an installer coming my way in mid January. Since October, I've notified them the house is being sold and needs to be completed, but no response. As of Monday I no longer own the house and they couldn't complete the contract in 7 months. Refund my payment in full.

      Company charges me over 500 dollars for 105 mph anchor bolts. Then they installed inferior bolts that the city of Boise inspections will not pass. Have been trying for 2 months to get corrected bolts installed to replace inferior bolts. With constant run around and never getting phone calls answered or returned.

      We ordered a metal carport using the catalog provided by the dealer. We did not receive the product the color we requested. Also we were charged an additional fee for sheeting the engineer said we needed and they did not install this sheeting. After several calls to company headquarters and dealer to make this right we were denied any resolution to get what we paid for.

      They installed a steel carport my on my property, and the order included anchors to certify up to 105 mph wind. The ground is rocky and their standard anchors wouldn't screw into the ground. The install crew didn't come with any other options, and when I called the office I was told I needed to sign a liability waiver for wind because they didn't install the anchors. After multiple calls to them, I was told there is nothing else they could do. I asked if they would bring a crew out with a fence post auger and anchors and I would provide cement, but they said no. They would not let me speak with a manger and said the owner doesn't take customer calls. I am left with an unanchored 24x36' carport that could easily go airborne the next time a storm comes in. I will not sign their waiver, and now I am left with a very dangerous situation.

      4/7/21 my husband & I signed a contract for a Dreams Carports garage (through Scott W****** at Elite Housing) by submitting a 10% down payment toward the total cost. On 4/14, Dreams Carports acknowledged the order. On 4/20, I emailed Dreams since I had not yet heard directly from them. They said they were behind on processing orders. By 4/28 I still had not heard from them. I began calling daily & was able to get talk to the engineering department to request drawings on 5/4. I completed & returned the drawings request on 5/5. By 5/27, I had not received drawings & began calling to find out the delay. They told me that I jhad to resize the doors, so I agreed. I then did not receive drawings. I got an email on 7/9, that the engineers are requiring double supports for our snow load requirement. However, we submitted the snow load requirement prior to being given a quote & prior to us paying the down payment. Now they are saying that we must pay more. If we cancel, Elite keeps our down.

      I ordered a metal carport, a month later they call and said it was ready, I told them there was still snow on the ground and could they give me a couple of weeks. They said yes and they would call me back in a few weeks. I never heard from them. So 3 weeks later I called them, I told them the snow was gone and they could schedule a time to install. They told me they couldn’t schedule a time because they needed a full load to come from Utah to Wyoming. I told them I understand but could you please give me an approximate time frame. They said it could be anywhere from a few days to a few months. I asked to speak to the owner or manager. She said they are out to lunch and don’t take calls anyway. So I canceled the building. The next day I went in to see the local sales representative and he told me they had a delivery coming today. I call the company back immediately and asked her what was going on, she said you canceled the building. I said I’d like me $300.00 deposit back.
