Terrible! I brought my truck to be fixed. After weeks the insurance company decided to total truck. Cascade Collision claimed they had to disassemble truck to give bid. Once I choose to keep truck it took them weeks to put it back together and charged me ($1000) . When I got it back they replaced a perfect passenger window with a cracked window that was an after market window. They also broke locks in the bed of truck. When I complained management ignored me. ??

Several months ago we took a car in to get an estimate on some light body damage from a hit and run in a parking lot. The estimate we were given an estimate of $2500, and were told that the final cost would be less than that. We decided to take the car in over spring break. After sitting in their lot for 4 days they finally got back with us saying they took the car apart and it would now cost $4300 for the repairs. We declined the repairs as this was way too much money for replacing 2 body panels. We were then informed that we would be charged $1000 to put the car back together, and were put on hold. Then we were told it would be $1300 to put the car back together ( $600 to take the car apart and $700 to put it back together). This company charges labor at a rate of $75/hour meaning they were claiming it would take 9 hours to put the car back together. We declined to have them reassemble the car. We were charged $600 to pick up the car in pieces. When we arrived they handed over the keys, and told us all the parts to the car were sitting next to the vehicle. We went out and checked the parts and realized there were many parts missing. We informed them that not all the parts were there and had to wait 30 minutes for them to bring us the parts. Again we were told that all the parts were there. We took the car and ********** and found that they had lied again and we were still missing parts, and had to return to get the rest of the parts. After acquiring all the parts it took us only 3 hours to fix the damages and reassemble the car. While we were reassembling the car we noticed many of the parts that were not involved with the hit and run collision had been marked saying they needed to be replaced. There were only 2 parts that needed to be replaced but they had marked at least 15 parts. After doing some research I learned that companies like this one replace parts that dont need to be replaced so they have extra parts they can then sell for profit.

I worked here for a year and a half. During that time I was bullied and when I defended myself I got threatened to be fired. Because the bully is the owners favorite.. and the managers best friend.. so for a year I put my headphones in and focused strictly on quality. I skipped lunch everyday because the manager always wanted hours. Quality was not the priority. I watched multiple of my coworkers be bullied by the same person and everyone takes it because they will get fired. This is by far the worst place I have ever worked and that ***** cause I put half of everything I made back into the industry. I practiced my work at home to try and better myself.. I improved immaculately but my checks got smaller so I tried to talk to the manager on 2 different occasions and he would fight with me and say no you need to work harder than he wouldnt give me work.. this shop does really shabby work.. I took 2 of my cars there when I worked there and was disappointed in how both of them were handled. I will never be going back to cascade collision. The only people that matter is the owners friends.

In 2020 Cascade Collision located in **** received my 2018 Kia ***** for rear end damage. After attempting to repair my vehicle they assured me my vehicle was back to its original state prior to the accident. Cosmetically things were fine but noticed water has since entered my vehicle and traveled through the car damaging my carpet and foam pad. I returned the vehicle and they stated everything on their end was fixed and it was my problem. I returned with video proof of water entering my rear end through panels, rivets, and my taillights. I was contacted by the manager where I returned the vehicle and they replaced some rivets and applied sealant to some of the paneling and lights. After a few rain storms I continued to have the same issues where I made numerous amount of trips to Cascade where they inspected my vehicle and reassured me it was fixed. I returned the vehicle where water filled my right taillight, flooded my rear carpets showed the manager and they sent me away in the rain with the no rental car. After ordering a tail light they reached out replaced the light, but I still continue having water enter my vehicle, damaging my cargo liner and carpet throughout my vehicle. I have had patience for 3 years and now my phone calls are not returned after numerous amount a attempts to the front desk and manager. They have not adhered to their lifetime warranty policy, failed to communicate, and have not fully repaired my vehicle from day one.
