Please note we purchased kitchen appliance package on july 6th 2022 for the amount of $3854.54/- including installation and haul a way. However further to note our order number is *************. order dated is 07/06/2022 and member id number - **********. However they did not installed and cancel our order and they refund me partial amount $2638.58/- only and the remming balance is $1215.96/- and past 2 months we are calling everyday after staying hour and half they did not resolve and hang up on you. and we have no other ways to contact management. and they do not have any other number too. we have already send email to privacy manager but still no response. we are trying you to solve our problem. please suggest us any other option ASAP. Plese note the above number given phone number for best buy appliance is NOT IN SERVICE: **************. Please email us positively.Thanking you.Best.Business response

Wrong business. We are not at the location given. The address is for Best Buy. We have not done business with this man. Our names are similar. Best Buy and Best Buy Appliance. People often confuse our name with the large box retailer. We are a small appliance repair business.
Please close this complaint and have them send it to the right company.
