Back in January I purchased a firearm online from impact guns, the total value of the firearm being approximately 940 dollars, which to date I have paid just over 1,500 dollars towards, on the contract, theres mention of a second firearm, and Smith and Wesson, that I never received, nor want, I’d like to know why have I paid in excess of the firearms normal price when the loan says 0% APR? It seems like this place was sued last year because of this same stuff and lost horribly. This needs to be addressed promptly.Initial Complaint

Purchased a derringer on their website. Went to Boise to pick it up. They refused to let me take the gun because my address has changed. I have called and told them when I would be there and the address issue was never brought up. I offered to show proof of address but they wouldn't take anything I have. When I called they said since I already paid for it that all I had to do was bring in my Idaho license and get the gun. They refused to let me get it without certain types of proof for residency. I even offered to show them with my child support papers or the court papers for proof and they refused. That's false advertisement I believe where they do not tell you the address must be current or what types of proof is accepted. I drove two hours, well four both ways, out of my way to get this just to be denied.Initial Complaint

On September 27 I placed an order with Impact Guns for 5 rubber 410 shot shells. I was billed 25.63 and told my order had shipped on 28. I did not receive a tracking number at this time. On October 14 I filled out a return request because I had not received the product. I promptly got an email saying it was delivered on the fourth. This time a tracking number was sent. I called customer service and spoke with Colton. He said that GPS told him it was delivered and he had to go by that. He suggested maybe someone else had picked it up. I am disabled so it is only me and my nurse in the house. Every time I hear a vehicle I look out the window. As a matter of fact, I can tell every time the FedEx truck goes up the road. I looked up the detailed tracking (attached is the proof I got on the 14th, notice it is dated the 15th). According to this document it was delivered to Blue Ridge Summit, not the address. Impact Guns refuses to refund my money.
