I had diagnostic test run on my truck and was told the engine was running fine. After driving the truck the original problem persisted ( the turbo cuts out). Last Chance installed this turbo a year prior. I returned and spoke with Greg, and ask if he would ride with me in the truck to experience the problem first hand and he agreed. I arranged several appointments of which nothing came to fruition. I have been in the shop twice but he is always out when I go in. I have ask the receptionist to have him call with no results. All I ask was for Last Chance Diesel to stand behind their work. I am not wasting more time on this issue with Last Chance. They can refund my money for the diagnostic test. I'll take the truck to another shop to determine the problem with the turbo. I'll proceed from there depending what is causing the problem.Initial Complaint

On 9/29/22 I ***** ********* paid Last Chance Diesel in Ogden Utah, to repair my 2014 Ford F250. I was told by Greg at Last Chance Diesel that the radiator and transmission had to be replaced because the radiator had leaked into the transmission destroying the transmission. I paid Last Chance Diesel $10,000 to have these repairs done, a portion of which was partially paid by my extended warranty company Autto. I drove my truck straight to Tampa Florida for business and by the time I arrived my truck was having the same shifting issues as before the previously stated repairs. The Ford dealship in Brandon Florida has diagnosed the problem and has stated that the same exact problem and issues have occurred that I have already paid Greg at Last Chance Diesel to fix. Last Chance Diesel is refusing at this time to take responsibility and provide a resolution to this problem. It is worth stating that I have battled for over 3 months seeking resolve for this and have been given the runaround every step of the way.Initial Complaint

I had an oil leak in my truck. it was the rear main seal om the engine. I call and scheduled with Last Change Diesel the work to be done the falling week. I pick up all the part's that would be needed so everything would go smoothly. After dropping the truck and Last chance Diesel doing the work they called and and told me to come and pick my truck up it was ready. When I arrived there was still a oil leak coming from the same area. I asked way it was still leaking and they said that there was still from all the oil from the passed. So I paid and took the truck home. The oil leak started getting worse. like it had never been worked on. I took it back and ask them to take a look at the oil leak. they said right off that it was not there work and it was the oil pan that was leaking and it would be $1,800.00 for the work. I had another mechanic look at it and they said it was not the oil pan, but the rear main. So I had them fix the problem. I had to pay for their mistake another $624.75
