      I called to pay off my $11,600 loan and they only accept ach payments up to $2000 and only one per day. They do this to force people to take longer to pay off they're loans so that they can collect more interest. They should be required to accept any amount a customer wants to pay by any of there payment methods. My wife had this problem in the past.

      I am rejecting this response because:
      ***************************** made a huge effort to solve the problem and eventually got it to where I could pay the loan off. The reason I reject it is because there is still no change to your policies to let people make their desired payment amounts. It could be a simple step like making sure that when someone calls in they are able to speak to someone who can approve the payment instead of waiting on a vice president who can't be bothered to respond for days.

      never gave me full discloser on my rite to rescission ,and said they dnt work with negotiable instruments , and indorsement ,,and said they are about 12 usc **** and gave me false information and said the created my account and provide me with funds ,, and i didnt give life to the transaction ,witch is security fraud ,and every person at they bank said they are above 12 usc **** and the cfpb regulations ,because i called to talk to some one about the remittance i received from America First and they acted as if they are not remittance and denied they sent me coupons when i literally have them and trying to add them to the account ,. ,the said they do not have to comply with the regulations of the bank ************* Act , Securites Act ,and the Privacy act , and violation of the ***** and the ****

      My wife and I both have had a secured credit card with America First Credit Union for 4-5 years or ***be even longer. I just requested that those funds be released and was told there is absolutely no way for that to possibly happen without a hard check, which is very confusing for me considering how long Ive had a relationship with America First Credit Union. I need a representative to contact me regarding this secured credit card as well as my wifes. We both have credit scores between 730 and 750. We arent asking for increases on the credit lines just our funds to be un-secured. Our hard checks are precious to us due to the fact that we own a business and have to leverage our personal credit at times for credit lines to be approved for our business. Hence, there are hard checks that do not show new credit lines approved. These secured cards are the longest open credit lines that we have on our credit reports so we would rather not close them and risk them harming the length of our credit history, but unless this can be addressed, that *** be what we will do. It does not feel very professional or business like to be put into position where either we use a hard check or close the account to access the $500 per card secured. These are the lowest credit card lines that we have on our credit report by far. please contact me regarding this matter.

      $300,000.00 was deposited into my mother's trust account at ******************************************* on 12/26/2023. The money was from ********Direct.gov (a federal gov't website to buy and sell ******** securities). I called America First to see if the funds were available for withdrawal (via cashier's check). ****** (spelling ?) told me I could visit a branch and obtain a cashier's check for $300,000.00 today, 12/27/2023. I went into the branch on **** south, just west of **** west and was told it would be 5 business days before I could withdraw the funds (01/04/2024). I am the successor trustee for the living trust and oversee my mother's finances (she is 89 and resides in a memory care facility). First, I think 5 business days ends on the 2nd (27, 28, 29, 30 are business days while the 31st is a Sunday and the 1st is a holiday). Second, I'm not sure if the funds can be withdrawn immediately via cashier's check or if there is a waiting period. Very poor customer service and could constitute misappropriation of the funds.

      I am deeply concerned about the sharing of my nonpublic information with credit bureaus and the resulting inaccuracies on my credit report. This situation has caused significant financial and emotional distress.Under 15 USC **** Section 602, I have the right to financial privacy, and I expect my information to remain confidential.Furthermore, 15 USC **** Section 604(a)(2) states that a consumer reporting agency cannot furnish account information without my written instructions, which I have not provided.I have identified inaccuracies on my credit report from AMER FST CU, impacting my financial well-being. I request these inaccuracies be corrected promptly.Lastly, please remember 15 USC 1666(b), which prohibits treating payments on a credit card account as late under certain circumstances.For reference, my account details are as follows:Account Number: *****************I request a thorough review of my account, prompt correction of credit report inaccuracies, and strict adherence to federal laws regarding my information.Failure to address these issues may compel further legal action. Additionally, 15 USC **** B mandates that a creditor cannot deem a payment on a credit card account as late for any purpose.The inaccurate reporting has had severe implications on my financial standing and emotional well-being.
