      21 October 2023 $ 49.95 Order #******** Reference # *************** I have scrimped and saved for my only child's "destination wedding' in December so when i spend $49.95 on an item I believe to be "Swiss Made" but isn't and they money is from a debit card where the funds are directly drawn out of my bank account I expect some assistance. I selected Campsaver because I thought I was giving "the little guy" some well deserved business. Now I see they are shady and devious. They have not responded to a message I left them 2 days ago. I have spent 15 minutes on hold while my senses were assaulted by awful sounding "music' only to be told "Sorry everyone is busy, leave a message". Their webpage seems super shady, probably sucks up customer identity information, when i accessed it this afternoon i was denied to proceed as they say my BEFREE Katadyn bottle is not returnable. That is so wrong and I want my money back! Can you help with this? PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE? Sincerely and Respectfully Yours, ******** ****

      Date of Order 8/29/23 order number ******** Oakley Lense which was defective, If you hold the lens to the light you can see it was previously used. The seller had a telephone number which they never answered and I was forced to leave a message after staying on hold for over 15 minutes. The machine said to leave a message, I did this twice. I sent an email to their customer service with a complaint, and they finally answered by saying please send it back in the mail. A reputable company would let you speak via phone and not make you wait up to 14 days for an exchange to get processed and then send out a new lense. I do not want to wait nearly a month to get what I ordered corrected.

      I placed an order for a cargo box carrier from Campsaver. The price of the unit was $289 plus shipping. Campsaver said they would call with shipping info. They then provided me with a shipping quote of $315. The wording of the email was also such that it made it seem like the new total price was $315 when in fact the new total price was $604. I felt like this was a bait and switch tactic. I spoke to a rep and she said this is a common complaint they receive. I think the company needs to be looked into for deceptive business practices.

      Reason & Request: Delay to deliver the camp tents caused additional shipping cost, request campsaver to cover the cost. Message: I ordered the camp tent On April 8th (Oreder No. #********), and till now I still did not get it. I tried to contact Campsaver through both phone and email by over 100 times, but never get satisfied feedback, Worst online shopping experience ever take. Due to higher-than expected shipping cost ($200). I request an address change on April 23th to switch to domestic 3-day free-shipping. Two Campsaver representative promised me on both May 12th (get a tracking number at May 12th afternoon by using 3-day UPS free-shipping) and May 15th (get a tracking number at May 15th afternoon by using 1-day UPS free-shipping), so I can definitely get my tent before my leaving date (May 17th travel aborad). However, due to the late processing and low efficiency team, I did not get it by end May 17th. As a result, I have to do an international shipping with $200 shipping fee, which is caused by Campsaver, but the supervisor told me they will not take the responsibility and will no longer cover the international shipping fee. As a summary, It is not my fault! So I request Campsaver to cover the cost.

      On July 9, 2021 I ordered 12 climbing quickdraws for $100.20 from Campsaver.com. When the order arrived they had sent the wrong items so I returned the incorrect items. When they finally sent out the items I originally ordered they charged me an additional $89.46 which I never authorized. You can see on the "Exchange.pdf" document that they admit I ordered a set of quickdraws but they sent the wrong item. They no longer had 12 individual quickdraws available so they substituted with two 6 packs but charged me a second time as seen in the final order. I never authorised the second charge.

      I bought some camping goods at Campsaver.com at Jun 19, 2021. The amount of money is $517.93. I would like Campsaver.com to refund it. Campsaver.com order number: #******** UPS tracking number: ****************** Mr. Trevon C**** (Customer Service Representative) is in charge of the issue. Detail: They sent them quickly but the shipping address was wrong ( my mistake). I noticed the address is wrong, so I emailed to tell the correct address. I received a reply on July 8th that said they would send again it to the correct address soon after the package comes back to them. The package arrived to Campsaver.com on July 13th. My order status turned to “Delivered” and they have never sent it again. I sent some emails to ask when they would send it again, but they didn’t answer when. Just say “we will do”. As soon as I asked to cancel the order and refund, they stopped replying to me. After July 28th, they totally ignored my emails.

      On March 23, 2021, I placed CampSaver Order #: ******** for a 1 x Big Agnes Copper Spur HV UL2 Tent and a NEMO Equipment Fillo Elite Luxury Pillow, Midnight Gray, ************ to be shipped to * ************ ******** *** *, Latham, NY 12110. The shipper, Camp Saver, created the shipping label on March 27 at 7am with a delivery address of * ************ ******** *** *, Latham, NY 11706, the billing address of the credit card used for the order. I never received the shipment, because it was lost by the USPS (see USPS email). The vendor, CampSaver, refuses to respond to refund request emails and during our telephone conversation refused to issue a refund in the amount of $545.48 to my visa. I would like a refund to my visa for the total cost of my order $545.48. My telephone number is ###-###-####.

      I ordered a quilt from Campsaver in early June and still haven't received the product. According to Campsaver, I may not receive the item I purchased until mid to late July.
