    "I bought a phone from Metro in April paid cash I've had service with them until today I tried to have my phone unlocked so I can switch services I would talk to seven different people on the phone including going to a Metro store myself and the clerk at the store called customer service and was assured my phone was unlocked. So finally after being extremely upset and agitated I called again and I asked for a supervisor seven different people that I spoke to never once said that I had to have the phone for $365 days they all assured me that it was unlocked." ...     "I went to pay my phone bill I was having some trouble with my phone so after I paid ***** they said my phone was broke they tried to get me to pay ****** for another phone I told them I was gonna go to another provider because of past problems with them I ask for my ***** dollars back because my phone didn't work and my bill wasn't due for another 6 days and the *** said we don't give refunds on bill payments they could have gave me the money and cut my phone that didn't work off they might as well held a gun to my head and took the money either way I was robbed I'm calling the BBB tomorrow and filing a complaint."
