I received an unsolicited mail to my name and VA Loan entitled "NOTICE TYPE: IMPORTANT DETAILS ENCLOSED RESPONSE REQUESTED." The enclosure stated "We believe there are additional calculations on your VA loan, which may affect the following areas of you loan: EQUITY - We sent this letter to notify you regarding this additional benefit calculation. As a result you may be eligible for the estimated funds of $3,358.96."There are some official looking stamps at the bottom including BBB and Equal Housing Lender.What a misleading crock of BS! I am satisfied with my current mortgage and do not believe it can be bettered, or that there is a 'calculation' error to my amortization schedule.

ZER stars. What a crock! They should be shut down! They stole all of my personal information and didn't help with anything! They stole $500 for a survey of my home and I never heard from anyone ever again! I should *** them!!!! I was told all about how they were going to help me with my finances and how they could consolidate my bills by paying them off and putting cash in my bank based on my equity. I was on the phone for over an hour. Next day they didnt even have to courtesy to call me and give me a update they totally shunned me. This doesnt help my cancer with more stress at **** they could of had the decency to call me back. His name is ***********************. I tried to call back left messages to no avail finally through a text he didnt even have the kahunas to talk to me on the phone very unprofessional.Review from kurt g

Got letter from this Veritas about "fund available". It appeared to be from my lender and had a bunch of very official information. Turns out this is JUNK and a waste of my time. If they are this shady to send letters like this, then imagine what else they are capable of.Review from Kayla C

Absolutely awful experience. I was contacted the same way most of the other reviews were. My husband and I considered going with them but found another offer more competitive and decided to go with that company instead. The representative we were working with was extremely rude when we notified her we would not be moving forward. Mind you she did not even call for our appointed time scheduled - I had to call her. They were extremely difficult to get a hold of (all within a 2 day period) but as soon as I decided to not proceed with them the phone rang immediately. The last email she sent stated that she found it "disheartening that I would go with another lender when she was the one to bring this idea to us and if it weren't for her we would still be overspending. I tried to call her supervisor to express how unprofessional this is and yet again, no one can be bothered to call me back. I would not recommend them to anyone.
