I contacted this company to help consolidate my bills the middle of September. They said they would contact the credit companies that I owe and would consolidate my bills. The companies were contacting me saying to pay my bills but ACF told me to disregard the companies requests to pay. ACF said I would have to pay $1372 on Oct 1 and that I would not have to pay anyone else. Oct1 comes and all the other companies charged me plus the $1372. ACF never told me to contact the other companies but that they would handle those accounts and now I'm out the $1372 I did agree to pay plus these charges from the companies. The companies charged me; Advance America $672, Boost Finance $450, Credit Ninja $362.23, ********* $386.36, Makwa Finance $423.48, Money Messiah $400, Regional Finance $210, ********* #1 $152, ********* #2 $154, ACF $39.ACF needs to give me my $1372 back if they're not going to do as we agreed to or do what they said and take care of these obligations. I'm now$678.31 negative.Business response

In reviewing this complaint it appears that the complaint was filed by our client prior to him speaking with us. ACF did process an ACH Draft of $1372 on 10/1/2021 but we also spoke with the client on the same day and told him to call his bank to stop the draft but if the bank was unable to stop the draft we would be able to refund his money to him. The client's draft was returned to ACF as a STOP PAYMENT so we never received the funds so there was never a need to refund them. We also spoke with the client about cancelling the auto drafts with his creditors and continuing with the program but he opted to just continue to handle the accounts on his own. Again it seems like this complaint was made before the client spoke with ACF because we resolved the concern when he called in and he was fine with the result of the conversation he had with our account manager.
