    Please do not order ! Nobody answers phones or emails ! After three and half weeks they canceled my orders of gifts I needed !!! I needed to gift people and was waiting and demanding answers but got nothing !!!!

    I pray that this is not another scam company and I am not premature in posting my frustration. I ordered a door sign for our daughter's new office on January 7. When I placed my order, I was inundated with these "cute" emails and promotions. Now...crickets. The status has been "in transit" for over a week now. I will send an email to their customer service department in hopes that I will receive a response. Fingers crossed.

    Ordered on November 28, 2023 and not shipped until December 15th. It is now December 26th and the package has yet to arrive and was supposed to be here and guaranteed to be here before Christmas. Your site shows a 2-7 day preparation time and **** days shipping time meaning it is well past the time allotted to have made it here. I would NOT order from this company. They do not back up their times nor do they reply to messages or call backs as promised.

    I wish I had checked this companies reviews before ordering, ****** learned!!! ordered from this company on November 29th, making sure to give them plenty of time before Christmas for the items to arrive. After not receiving any other emails other than the one confirming my order I reached out via email and was told that they upgraded my shipping method and order would arrive.I reached out again this past Thursday 12/21 because I heard nothing, come to find out not only had they not shipped it, they didnt have it!IF I had not reached out they never wouldve told me, at this point it was too late to order something else for my granddaughter to receive it for Christmas.They had 3 weeks to let me know it was out of stock! Bad, bad business practices, yes they gave me a full refund after complaining but what can I do now, my granddaughter wont get anything from us for Christmas!!!!Plus they could not fulfill the order or promise a date so a refund was in order here.

    Express Shipping I paid for Express shipping 3-6 days after production and I will not receive my item for an additional 10 plus days. I asked for a refund of the express shipping and they said due to the holidays it is delayed. Why even ************* shipping during the holidays if you can't honor it? It also doesn't ship from **********, it ships from *****. I thought it was coming from CA so I never dreamed it would take so long. They will not issue a refund of my $30+ bucks I spent on express. :(

    I ordered an ornament on 11/24/23. I paid for the ornament and shipping. It said it would be delivered by Christmas. I received countless emails encouraging me to buy more keepsakes. I answered one of them telling them I was waiting to receive this ornament to see if I liked it before ordering anything else. I will NEVER order from this site again. Its a scam!! Its Christmas Eve and I havent received my order. Beware of this scam!!!

    It's just a flat piece of plastic with the picture attached to the front of it, definitely not worth the price in any way, something you'd expect a child to make in daycare.Don't buy the Xmas ornaments. They do not look like they do in the adds

    The company states your personalized gift will be sent within 5 days of order. My order is over 30 days old and still not received. The company is stating an overflow of orders as the reason ?? No ETA on my order. DO NOT order from them!

    I was worried about my gifts not getting here by Christmas. I wrote to them when I realized they were not the same company that I ordered from last year but one with a similar name. They did respond to me immediately. And my gifts were here before Christmas. They look like a good quality. The only reason that I did four stars instead of 5 was because they said shipping within 2 to 4 days. That was not the case, but they did ship them out rapidly to get here by Christmas. I am very happy with the result.

    Custom Ornament - Not as Advertised Ordered a customized ornament as a holiday gift for a friend. It turned out well, but did not appear as it was supposed to. I had received an email from the company indicating the ornament is covered in a protective film that must be removed to see the full-quality ornament. I followed their video instructions, but found this film IMPOSSIBLE to remove. I was scraping away the picture itself, and could not find a film layer separate from it.I tried seeking help by replying to the emails, but I got **-generated auto-responses instead. Couldnt get a single hint of actual customer service. I asked them to send me a new ornament without the film on it, since I was finding it impossible to remove myself and their instructions were useless, but the ** just told me no refunds.Would have been absolutely perfect if they just sent the ornament as it was without this ridiculous film layer, but since they did, and they have no actual customer service, not much else I can say except its a 3-star experience.
