      We are nearing the end of our journey with Fluent Solar. This has to be the worst install experience I have had, and I've had more than a few. Alarm bells rang when the ** told me I MUST mark the financing (from FinanceIT) as all work completed. I was hesitant, but was convinced that was the process, and it had to be done that way. Work was started, but after that it was weeks of broken promised and lies. One of such lies was when I was told the crew couldn't come because the city inspector wasn't available and the inspector HAD to be there prior to doing the work. They said they'd come the Thursday, but come that day, their crew was sick. Then it was a case of coming the next day, but it was a no-show. The ** said she'd get somebody to do the install on Saturday. But she'd said earlier that the city inspector had to be there prior to work starting...and city inspectors don't work weekends. The lie is this: the ** had said the inspector had to be there prior to work starting, ******** came the following Thursday, and magically no city inspector had to be there. Then after another week, I had to get a document they sent to me laminated, and attach it to the electric service panel. The ** guaranteed me that all would be well and the inspector would sign it off. However...the inspector has come and gone, and there are issues remaining he wants fixed. If Fluent Solar comes to your door, slam it in their face. Don't let them in.

      We truly apologize for the issues you experienced with Fluent. We'd like to clarify the information given regarding needing an inspector on the day of install. The City of ********** requires a "rough" Inspection before the modules have been placed on the roof and the inspector needs to check the equipment that will be under the panels. The inspector, *****************, was out on 5/9 when the install was completed and we received a report from him that day. Regarding the more recent Final inspection, the inspector noted some missing labels that we have now scheduled with our technician on Monday, June 10th to be back out to place and then have the system re-inspected. We appreciate your patience. Please know that we are working hard to ensure that your system is up and running as soon as possible.

      Cancelled a contract within 3 days of signing the contract after an addendum was created due to my whole panel having to be replaced which would add $7k in additional costs. 8 MONTHS LATER, I receive a cancellation fee bill for $1500. They are some proper scammers. Will be taking them to court.

      Power out told them we were disabled family. Was told they would install a generator hook up didn't do. Wasn't on contract so got nothing. They talk good but that's not on contract. messed up my family going with them. They got diagram wrong. Had to change when they go here.

      We purchased Fluent Solar panels approximately 18 months ago. Took forever to get us connected. Since we have purchased the solar panels we have had a storm approximately over twelve (12) months ago that has damaged two (2) of our panels. After several emails along with phone calls one (1) of the panels was replaced. Since then this one panel that was replaced is not producing at all. Still waiting on confirmation for the second panel to be replaced As of this date 8 May 2024 we are waiting upon both panels to be replaced as promised. The sales process went well. It is the customer service that has several issues. It seems like that they do not want to service any of our issues within a timely manner.

      Fluent Solar out of ******** ******* ******. Head office out of **** U.S.A. Buyer beware, when the salesman from Fluent Solar came to my house he said they cannot put any solar panels on until I had re-shingled my roof, they also told my wife and I that we could put it under the Canada greener homes interest free loan and I have emails from them to back that up. But when CGH called me they said they would not put that under the interest free loan because thats not part of the retrofit program. So Fluent solar lied on everything from the get go. Now Im over ****** dollars in the hole because of the new roof that had a few years left before it needed changing. Now they want to charge me a 2500 dollar cancellation fee and Im paying on the ****** dollar Financeit loan they took out to cover the cost of the panels and they did absolutely nothing on my property or brought my panels out. So now Im going to be out ********* and have nothing to show for it. They are scamming a lot of people out of money and I want people to know. Stay far away from this scamming company.

      be skeptical of this company, the sales process and installation went well, we were connected and producing electricity in a timely manner. The problem has been with the 18 month deferred payment program. The process is for Dividend Loan to to debit our account monthly starting 60 days after going live, then within 30 days Fluent would send a reimburse check to us. It started out fine and we received checks last fall, now the checks have stopped coming, having received only one this year on Feb 17. We keep receiving emails from Fluent customer service supervisor Serenity ****** assuring us we will receive all payments, but for some "system issues" printing of the checks are being delayed. We paid more for our system in order to get the 18 month deferral, resulting in a higher monthly payment.

      Worst company I have had to deal with in a long time. **************** is horrible. They don't return calls or resolve issues in a timely manner. They installed the wrong mounts for my system and after a year of trying to get them to correct it they still have yet to do anything about it.They promised a reimbursement for my drive way after trenching through it and not properly fixing it. It has been 4 months since I was told I was approved for the reimbursement and even after calling repeatedly to see when I would receive it they still haven't sent it out.They have canceled many times when they say they are going to come do the work and they don't.They continue to lie directly to me and blow smoke up my a**.Their 18 month reimbursement plan hasn't been paid in 4 months now and when I ask them about any of these issues they tell me to seek legal representation if I want anything done about it.Again horrible company

      Beware, everything went well with the sales rep. and installation. However, once installed, the Dividend loans started the automatic monthly payment withdrawal without our knowledge. At first the monthly refund was sent with in a day or two, but then stopped after 3 months and are now 3 months in arears. When I call to get an update the customer service is unable to answer the question as to when we will receive any payments. They are not able to ensure when the payments will be received. Fluent's refund program does not work.

      I was absolutely scammed by this company and getting any resolution of issues has been a nightmare. Hooked up the panels and was told 4-6 weeks for the provider to turn them on. A year later they were turned on. I have not saved any money and now have a monthly payment on top of my electric bill. They have a huge turnover in employees. You have to explain your problems over and over. I just keep getting Im sorry for your troubles. What a nightmare of an experience. Please avoid them completely. One more item. They sent me a list of names of people in my town who were having the same issues so I wouldnt feel as it were just me. The list was bogus. Those people DO NOT exist. Can you imagine?

      I had them come for a quote and the salesmen name was ****. I kept telling him I need to run it by the wife as we are co owners of the house and that this is just a quote and he got me to sign something just to see if I would be approved so if the life agreed we could go ahead. The wife wanted more quotes so we did and they came in at almost half the price for the same product/warranty. Fluent solar had tricked me into buying the system and trying to confirm dates and rate increases and even money being taken out of my bank account. This company seems to be scamming and tricking people into signing.
