This company continues to send postal mail after I've asked them to stop. The last email was sent to *********************************** on 1-3-24. I asked for a response confirming the removal, which I never received. I want this company to stop sending me mail, postal or otherwise, as I'm not interested.

I sincerely apologize that you have requested to be removed from our marketing contacts and you are still receiving emails or invitations from us. If you please provide me all of the email addresses you want to remove and your full name and complete address, I will personally go through every vendor and database and make sure you are removed.
Again, I'm sorry for the difficulty you've had so far. Please allow us to help make it right.

I am rejecting this response because:I already provided the information in detail. I am receiving POSTAL mail, not emails. These letters through *************** are coming to my address which again was already provided. Please confirm that you will not be sending any type of communication, including through the mail, to me at:

I'm sorry. I'm not trying to be difficult. I only asked for clarification because we use a 3rd party to send out mailers. We send out almost a million pieces of mail a year. In order for your name and address to be suppressed from future mailings, it needs to be matched exactly to their database or it won't pick it up. I just wanted to make sure we have the information needed to provide to our 3rd party affiliate.
I have already submitted the name and address that you previously provided and asked for them to suppress from any future mailings. However, please be aware that this request can take up to 6 weeks for them to run through their system.
Our 3rd party mail system also recommends this: Please have them set up a DMA do not mail suppression flag on Acxiom, AGR, ************ and Verisk. Right now the name and address appears on all 4 and usually can not be properly removed unless they have requested through these mail systems.
Please let us know if there is anything else we can do on this. And please be patient as this goes through the correct process to ensure complete removal.
