I am blown away by the professionalism from the start of ordering to the delivery of the Accora Empressa Hospital bed. *********** ******* walked me through the order process. Then the next Day, ****** called me to tell me how the delivery process will go. 7 days later, as advised, ****** called me and said the **************** had been assigned. The delivery company then called me and said they could deliver and set up the bed the next day. Sure enough, the next day, two gentlemen from the installation company showed up and set the bed up. The two gentlemen, like everyone involved, were very courteous and professional. I then had questions, in which ****** and ****** addressed immediately. I can not put into words how kind and helpful everyone involved was. When your mind is not in the game because a loved has fallen ill, it is nice to know that there are people out there that will help you navigate through a tough time. Please allow me to express my deep appreciation and satisfaction for your customer service and excellent products!We recently purchased a bed from you for our 9-year-old and couldnt be happier with the purchase.The ability to raise the bed to reposition or change him is aiding the sustainability of continuing to care for him well.The 48-inch wide mattress/frame allows for family members to lie next to him and read books or watch movies, which contributes to his quality of life.Thank you very much!Were grateful generous friends granted this need/desire, and that you were so quick to fill the order. *************************Review from Pamela T

BE AWAREEXPRESS HOSPITAL BEDS HAS TAKEN OUR MONEY AND LEFT OUR ILL FAMILY MEMBER WITH A BED THAT IS EITHER NOT SET UP PROPERLY OR DEFECTIVE. The first person that they sent to set it up which we paid an additional $350 for literally told us he didnt know what he was doing. He attempted to get help from the maintenance men who work at the facility, and are not allowed to touch the bed. I asked to have somebody else go back because the bed is not functioning properly. Its a pump bed for bedsores they sent the same person who has still not been able to set it up properly. I asked to speak to the owner. Hes on vacation for weeks. There is absolutely no help. They do not stand behind their products, and they hire people who are ill equipped to put these beds together. I have spent weeks arguing with these people. I have gotten absolutely nowhere then they said they were going to send the manufacturers technician from the bed but when that manufacturer didnt call them back, they said there was nothing they could do. I asked for the owner to call me, he never called And is now conveniently out of the office for several weeks. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!Express Hospital Beds Response

******, we have tried multiple times to help you with the problems you seem to be having with the bed. We have also sent you a complimentary mattress since the first mattress didn't work for you. We can only do so much with facilities and the rules they have. They did not allow us to put on the bed rails because it is not allowed at that facility. This company should be dissolved customer service is terrible. The bed is terrible did not get the one. We wanted we complained and complained and complained. The bed belongs in the ****** of ** halloween, We Got a refund back. but they left us with the bed left numerous of emails and voicemail. No one returns calls or nothing. We tried to set up a pickup for this bed. They left us and never came never return calls was stuck with the bed. My wife has multiple sclerosis over ten years and this is how this company treats people with illness.Review from Rasheed S

I ordered a hospital bed for my ailing 76 year old father the end of April 2022, and was told it would take 5-7 business days and then an 24 hours to arrive with a local technician to assemble and deliver. Two weeks elapsed without any update, and I left a email and received a response that they have had issues finding a 'technician' and that someone would be in touch by the end of the week. The following week I was told that 'pallets' were on backorder to ship the bed with and they would send me an upgraded bed for the original price. Two weeks go by and still no delivery, so I spoke with a customer service representative that told me the delivery trucks are back logged and then the next day I was told the bed was '9 stops away.' Needless to say the story keeps changing with this company and precious time elapsing. This company is supposedly in the business of supplying medical equipment to the ill and debilitated, and this is how they conduct business. My father has a *********** and suffered two strokes, so getting him quality sleep with his physical therapy is vital to his well being, and this company has provided nothing but lip service for going on 6 weeks now. Their website reads, 'most items ship same day,' well clearly not most or any in my case. Please do not waste your money and more importantly your time dealing with this company as time is what is the most precious with any loved one who requires this type of medical equipment.Review from jennifer S

Ordered a hospital bed for my father 2 months ago. Despite the advertisement of "fast and easy shipping, the bed has not yet been delivered. Have been in contact with company on numerous occasions, not able to speak with anyone in a supervisory position. Have been given several ***** tactics like "the bed is in the area", "your delivery is 9 stops away", or "your bed isn't available, but we will upgrade you" . Despite all of these promises, nothing happens, still do not have a bed. Meanwhile my father has been sleeping in a recliner as he is not able to get in a regular bed due to his poor health. Well currently I am trying to keep a open mind. I bought the bed for my father-in-law who was coming out of a nursing home to stay with his daughter. The bed was delivered June 3rd. I put the bed together and the features to raise and lower the head and headboard would not work. I have talked to both express hospital beds and the manufacture Medline and I feel like it is not a priority with them. they have sent out several parts and still the same problem. My sister-in-law who is a RN is very unhappy. Rita is very nice and promises me everyday she will talk to her Manager Tom and get a answer and call me back. Each day no return phone call and I have to call them again the next morning. This is fast approaching 2 months of this BS with no answer. My father-in-law has back issues with his lower spine an that is why the doctor suggested this bed. I am very disappointed. I am hopping that they will resolve this soon or I will be returning the bed and finding another bed company to assist us.Express Hospital Beds Response

Looking further into your order I do see that the technician contacted you on 7/13 and scheduled an appointment to fix the bed. I don't understand why you left this comment on BBB if you had been contacted and set up an appointment to have the bed fixed.
